The service here is outstanding and the rental prices are more than reasonable. Everyone that work here is very friendly and everyone is always offering assistance to help you move your boxes. I reserved online and had my boxes shipped down through amtrak. Even with a full schedule of truck reservations eith students moving out, they were flexible with adding me into the schedule. Ken came in on his day off to load all of my boxes onto the truck from amtrak and then load it all into my storage unit. Each time I went to my locker, someone helped me load all of my boxes, which was great! You can also move out without having to give notice! Overall, I had such a great experience. I highly recommend this place!

This place is amazing! Everyone is so kind, they always offer you water and do everything they can to help. Plus, they have the cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen!

By FAR the best in all aspects of storage business, from the quality of storage building, maintenance, assistance to customer service. Every employee here makes effort to help every bit your needs, in fact, they do have such service set already. Another GREAT thing about is that the facility naturally provides cool storage space due to the size of facility so no need to search controlled atmosphere (AC unit). It's always clean, super courteous and generous helps always available. Estimate the size of unit for you(and right on with it to save you $), help you store the boxes, clean the car for you while you are stashing boxes....You spell SERVICE- This place has it! I am a female and always moved in/out of stuff here and ALWAYS able because of their helping service!

Pick Any of the glowing reviews that are already on here. There are plenty, in fact it is those very reviews that convinced me to go with Morena storage. They have been nothing but a spectacular but I didn't feel the need to leave a review since there's already so many good one pointing out everything I've noticed. However when I went to my storage unit today they did something that was above and beyond anything I have seen from any other storage unit.When I walked out the office and back to my car, to my astonishment one of the employees was actually giving me a complementary window washing. No joke!Morena employees will help you move in, give you water , are extremely nice and helpful oh and to top it off will clean your windows!This makes one reminisce of how businesses used to treat their customers and how we used to treat each other back in the day. This is a business that I gladly write the check to every month. We need more of this going on it made my day I want to spread some love as well.It really is the little things that make the biggest differences. Sure is some free water maybe a window washer in there and a smile doesn't cost much but it goes along way and they definitely have a customer for life and a brand advocate. One more side note, just contrast this with how companies like Comcast and Time Warner treat their customers mind blown.

I just moved my stuff out of Morena Storage today, and, although I'm glad that I have one monthly bill less, I'm also a bit sad I won't be going there anymore. I know that sounds crazy. This place is absolutely amazing. All smiles when you walk in, and each employee is asking if they can help you. They also seem to remember their customers quite well! Free water, free coffee, but the best part is that everything is SO clean. I'm a total clean freak so I know my stuff, haha. The bathrooms are the cleanest I have EVER seen (besides my own bathroom, of course ;-)). Every time I went to Morena Storage, my experience was excellent. Everything went super fast and smoothly, every single time. Way to go, Morena Storage, you and your employees are seriously impressive.
