I was involved in a move  this weekend and used this company. Willie was the main personcoordinating and moving the whole contents of their home, along with 2 other men.  The owners had lived in the home 43 years and the amount of boxes and furniture was overwhelming. Though there were complications, they worked tirelessly and with positive attitudes throughout a very long day.  I would recommend them to anyone.

Willie is a fantastic, hard working individual.  I have referred him and his moving company to several of my clients, and they have nothing but great things to say about him.  He's one of the few nicest and honorable guys.  He is fast working, careful with people's belongings and takes the extra time and effort to make sure the move goes well.  I've heard nothing but good things!

Willie Moor at Moorco Moving  is such a hard worker!  We just had Willi move the contents of our condo into storage last weekend and we have never had such an easy, reasonably priced, no-stress and professional move!   Willie was careful with our belongings, very efficient, creative in packing items, and was very friendly.  Since his worker was unable to help with our move as scheduled, Willie moved everything from our condo by himself, lifting heavy items without much effort.  Willie ran everywhere, from the truck to the condo and back.  He never complained about anything, and reduced the amount he charged to compensate for his helper not being able to help him.  Willie's wife was friendly and helpful on the phone, and  Willie called us the day before to confirm our move.  We have moved our daughters several times in California and wish we had known about Willie then.  That afternoon we went back home to Arizona and Willie even called to make sure we got home safely.  We would highly recommend Willie and Moorco.  There's not a better mover in San Diego.

In July of this year, I was referred to Moorco by a owner/manager of a storage company here in San Diego.  In all the years he recommended Moorco he says he never had 1 complaint.   Willie, Lisa and Jim are very nice and courteous.  I would add that they were professionally dressed and conducted themselves in the same manner. I was with them every minute of the move & found them to be fast, efficient, careful and fairly priced.  Willie has been quite creative in making some unique "dolly equipment" that speeds up the physical moving.  I have already contacted Moorco about moving many items from a 10' x 10' x 10' storage unit next week.  "The proof is in the pudding" as they say & I have no reservation about recommending Moorco.

I got a referral for Willie Moor to do my move and he is truly the best I've ever had to work with! Honestly, I have never had an easier or better move! He and his crew were fantastic! Not only that, they had the fairest (lowest) price.First off, when Willie Moor gave me his estimate, he didn't ask for any money up front! (That was a first!). He said his estimate was based on 6 hours for the move; if the move took less time, he'd charge less. Sure enough, the move took 5 1/2 hours, so he charged less! He's completely professional and a real gentleman.As far as the actual move went, he was the ultimate professional. He had made all the arrangements with both condo Home Owner Associations and everyone was prepped for our move. His team had all the necessary carts and pads, etc., and they even had a tool kit that most men would kill for (for taking things apart, I assume). He has been doing moves for 33 years and he has everything down to a science. He knows what to load first and what to load last. When he was done, there was no telling he had even been around. There were no marks on the condo walls, no marks in the hallways, no dents or breaks to anything. Like I said, he was fantastic.I did read another review that only gave him one star because they didn't put pads and floor protection down. I can only say that there must have been a miscommunication or something. Willie's crew came with everything they needed for the move, including all kinds of floor/wall coverings and pads. They were ultra careful not to mar/scratch/dent and there was not a single mark anywhere. (Otherwise I would have lost a $500 deposit to the home owners' association!!)I highly recommend you give Mr Moor a chance. I'm so happy we used him!
