Efficient transportation is really EFFICIENT . They moved me and my brother fromNyc to Nj in less than a normal 8 hour work day . Minor to no  issues and even offered me a discount when I mentioned I was considering going with a competitor

dodged a bullet. got quoted a great price last thursday to get some items shipped cross-country and was told it could be done the next day (friday). then just a couple of hours prior to the afternoon window of time i was given, tony called and fed me an overly-involved story about their first client of the day, and why they ran late. ok if you encounter an issue...but i dont need to hear to explicit details of your other clients' problems, much less you complaining about them AND throwing them under the bus. just not professional. im always wary of striking that balance between trying to be a fair-minded person who can give people the benefit of the doubt, and not being being taken for an idiot. and i gotta say it's jackasses like this guy tony... who dont know the fundamental sh*t of their business or the simple concept of "following up with a phone call when you said you'd call", who are turning me into a nasty, cynical b*tch.i figured since this wasnt a pressing move and it was just items being shipped, ok i'll be cool. no worries. he'll get back to me monday. take the high road...be cool. no worries.monday came, and i got no phone call. worries. morning ticked on and finally i got irritated enough that I PICKED UP THE PHONE to call and follow up on THEIR cancellation. by then, i was not cool at all. i called and immediately recognized tony's voice picking up the other end. when, after i'd explained who i was and why i was calling, he asked me "what was your name again?" i about lost my mind. he acted as if he'd never spoken to me before, and even copped a f*cking attitude with me that I EXPECTED them to "do this move" for the price THEY QUOTED ME!!! then he went on to tell me their company doesnt even GO to "that area" of florida. "that area" being FORT LAUDERDALE. soooo...thursday you quoted me a price based on my from/to addresses....but today on monday, youre telling me your moving company doesnt go to fort lauderdale?oh no wait, they DO, it'll just cost me $800 more than what you said 3 days ago. so which one is it????do you f*cking GO to fort lauderdale AT ALL or do i just...you know what...i dont even care, this is the most psychotic conversation ive ever had EVER, im done. thanks. i literally just wanted to hit end on the conversation, wash my my ear, and pretend none of this ever happened. how is this even a business??? just so completely f*cking BEYOND comprehension. the DAY i would let anyone THAT....(i dont even know???) incompetent? unstable? both???...handle my belongings....never. best part? the junk im trying to having shipped cross-country is everything my ex-husband left behind when he took off on me a few years ago. i havent seen his lying face since. we're not friends. we're not friendly. we dont even talk. all of this stuff is his. STILL WOULD NOT TRUST IT TO THIS COMPANY. as pissed off as i was that i had to go back to square one, like i said i absolutely dodged a bullet because i dont even know what i was thinking not checking yelp first. for everyone else who wasnt as lucky you have my genuine sympathy.

Thank you Emilio for warning me. Didn't end up using this company because I could tell they were trying to scam me. Tony constantly called me, about 3 times per day. You could tell he was really stressing that I didn't want to sign the contract yet. He under quoted me for sure, and it wasn't worth the risk for me.

Horrid...they broke my things lost my things rolled up my mattress ruining it...and refuse to return my calls about the issue...moreover they forged my signature on several docs. Never ever again you've been warned.

We recently moved from Hesperia Ca to Temple Teaxs, we checked out quite a few moving companies to intrust our house belongings. We decided to go with Efficient Transportation, because they gave us a very good feeling of being a trust worthy and dependable company. Wow were we wrong got taken for a very disappointing journey,  first of all they gave us a low ball estimate when the estimator came to the house and estimated our cubic feet at 1269 cubic feet at a price of 3.90 per cubic feet which came to a total of 4,946.00 dollars.which seems like a very responsible price,so we scheduled our move, on the day they arrived to load the truck they started out by informing us that the estimate was way too low and that with what we had our price would be 6,620.00 a difference of 3,860.00 dollars over the estimate. The picked up our belongings on April 4th and held our belongings hostage until the 2nd of May until we came up with the additional money.SO I RECOMMEND VERY HIGHLY THAT IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A REPUTABLE COMPANY THIS IS NOT ONE,AND IF YOU ARE READINGTHIS AND RESEARCHING A COMPANY FOR A MOVE ACROSS COUNTRY , LOCAL OR ACROSS TOWN DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, AND IF YOU HAVE RETAINED THEM CANCEL BEFORE YOU ARE TAKEN LIKE WE WERE. NOT ONLY WERE WE OVERCHARGED WE HAD QUITE A BIT OF DAMAGE . I WON'T EVEN GIVE THEM ONE STAR ON THE RATING SCALE. SO BE WARNED.
