- 5 minutes early- super professional- amazingly efficient (I'm sure their worker's comp is happy - they don't lift a lot, they strategically and safely maneuver)- beyond prepared - came with dollies, moving boxes for clothes, smart pack, etc. - very fast at what the do- treated my stuff better than I would during a move- very clear and fair pricing (before and after the move, no surprises)I was so skeptical and heard the horror stories of moving companies, you won't get one here. beyond pleased, they will be my first call when moving out.

Z Movers professional and over & above customer service helped to wipe my tears of frustration away. I relocated to California from Chicago with ease. But the attempt to move back was a nightmare. Well that's until I called Z Movers! Kevin (owner) gave me reassurance even in the midst of a stressful move. He agreed to donate my furniture on my behalf to charity. Next the movers packed my one bedroom then unloaded my items from Amtrak only to reload a few hours later due to outrageous Amtrak shipping prices . After drying my literal tears and chatting with mom, I regrouped to secure a last minute Public storage unit in downtown LA literally at 5:55pm (6pm closing) . Kimberly(manager), who after hearing the myriad of stressful stories, agreed to stay open until I was served. The two gentlemen then reloaded for a second time to place items in my Public Storage unit. Whew...today was an example of an emotional roller coaster but Z Movers held my hand all the way through! Loved this service! Despite being a little late for my move (Not their fault AT ALL - previously scheduled move had technical difficulties with elevators) they kept me constantly in the loop with their ETA. When they did arrive, all of the guys were friendly, helpful, and FAST! They took the care to wrap all of my furniture carefully and get it to my new place safely. Not one complaint- USE THESE GUYS!!

I've used them twice now and they are the best I could imagine in the Los Angeles area. If you are reading this don't waste your time and book Z Movers. I've moved in town and across the country. I did two moves of 100 miles with these guys and you won't find a better company and this includes their pricing. Call me if you want to hear my thoughts directly.
