History

Established in 2009. Wonder Movers Glendale were established as a small partnership between two co-workers of a larger moving company. We've started with an old 16' U-Haul truck, but after several years expanded our professional services to a fleet of modern, fully equipped trucks. We are a mediums-sized moving company with an accent on local residential and office/commercial moves in Greater Los Angeles Area. Despite the fact that we are located in Glendale, we service all adjacent areas such as Burbank, Pasadena, Eagle Rock, Studio City, and the rest of Los Angeles.As of 2016 we employ almost 50 workers. We pride ourselves for keeping long-term relationship with our employees in order to provide service excellence to our customers. Be believe that lower turn-over rates among the movers inevitable lead to better, quicker and safer service. After my recent encounter with gang bangers from Hollywood movers (read my earlier review), I was very scared to hire a moving company. Yet, someone had to help me, so I made my research on Yelp before hiring anyone. Wonder Movers seemed to have great reputation, and moreover their customer service on the phone was very polite and friendly. Booked a move with them this past Tuesday, and movers didn't disappoint me. OG and Max moved fast, and at the same time took their time to protect all my furniture. They moved my one bedroom from Glendale to Hollywood area in about 4 hours. Thank you!

Our best moving experience ever! The team was on time, professional and courteous. Scheduling was a breeze, price was surprisingly very affordable. We were very prepared so moving our 4 bedroom home only took about 7 hours including the 30min drive. On what can be a very stressful day, the whole team at Wonder movers will take care of everything!

Wonder Mover did the great job moving me from Eagle Rock to Glendale. Nothing was damaged. I highly recommend! Here is how it works for those who is hesitant to use moving services, just like myself:1. You serch for movers on Yelp, Google, or  your friends and co-workers. In my case Wonder Movers came recommended to me thorugh my friend who was moved by this moving company in summer. Regardless the recommendation, I have checked their rating and was satisfied.2. I called the listed number and described my living arrangements and amount of my furniture. They go into details asking if we had stairs, any unusually heavy items, or anything else that does not fit into a standard situation.3. They book online, and take deposit of $50 for regular days. Everything is fairly simple, and they do not take your credit card info over the phone, which is a plus too.4. Scheduling is fairly inflexible - they only have 2 arrival windows 8-9AM and 2-5PM. We chose the morning because we had full 3 bedroom house to move.5. Movers: Arrived on time, fit, and uniformed. None of the guys looked like homeless or my imaginary stereotypes of typical movers. They looked professional.6. Process. The foreman walked around our property. Gave us approximate estimate 8-12 hours! :(. And got to work. They provide all materials for protection, so rest assured that your furniture will be protected.7. Result. Al's crew beat their own estimate, and finished the job in under 8 hours. Furniture and other items are seemingly intact, and moreover movers insisted to inspect major and expensive pieces, sofas, and the truck after the job, to ensure nothing is damaged or lost in process.8. Payment - they accept cash or credit. PAying by cash saves you around $100 from a job like ours. They issue receipt  regardless of the type of payment, so no worries here. Wonder Movers is a tight ship, and run by experienced foreman. Hire them if your furniture is massive, heavy and expensive, they won't disappoint you.

Thank you so much to Zorigi and Batka for moving us all the way from Anaheim to Pasadena in under 5 hours!!! It started out hot and humid in the morning and just got worse as the day went on... but they never slowed down. Stayed professional and in good spirits the whole time. Could NOT have done it without them! Thank you!
