This appears to be a broker for movers. Scam, the binding estimate was not acknowledged by the movers that showed up at the house. Energy movers showed up we had already packed everything. They then stated it was double the amount. We were held hostage. This move was made possible by funds provided from our church. No one is answering the phone and this was a move from Danville to San Diego. We are now unsure if we will even see our belonging. We were quoted $ 2700 and gave them $3100. The still want an additional $2700. We only listed the value of our ited at $4700. So they are charging us more than insured for. Do not use this company they have another office in New York. We are filing a complaint. Beware.

I have had a horrifying experience with this company.  While they are very "nice" on the phone, there have been huge hidden costs.  They hire people who charge hundreds for packing materials (not explained).  They were hours late and did not call. They were completely unprepared for the things I was having moved (even though I had said clearly what I had).  The risks the guys were taking were terrible (one just missed losing a leg because they were so careless about moving heavy stuff and he barely got out of the way of a falling item).  They tried to deliver my stuff even though I said I wanted it in storage.  They put it in storage with another company that threatened me and extorted more money from me (and I mean lots more).  The delivery guys left garbage all over the street (food waste, drink cans, packing materials, etc).  They knocked down my neighbors address sign which I had to fix.  I was told there would be a forklift and a special truck to get up my driveway (Truck at extra cost which I paid), and then told I had to pay extra because the special small truck could not go up my driveway. They delivered the stuff to my driveway and then drove away leaving it in the rain.  Things were broken.  I had to move what I could and then hire other people to finish the move, injuring my back.  In the end I spent about double what I was quoted.   I can't express how bad this was; I literally thought that someone would hurt me at one point the delivery guys were so threatening.  When I complained the delivery guy called me a liar to my face.  I am about to submit a police report on the delivery company they hired I was so scared.

I wish I read the reviews before booking these guys.  My house closed escrow today and they were go be here between 2-4 for my move - after many calls they said they couldn't move me until next week!  He even told me early in the morning that my move was "guaranteed".  DO NOT USE THEM

If I could give this place minus stars I would.  I had a confirm schedule pick up and was told I would get a call between 3 and 6 PM to confirm what time the move would happen.  That never happened and I called repeatedly the day before to try and find out what time the movers will be at my house.  at 9 PM I finally got a hold of the driver he told me he would not be able to make it the next day for my move because he wasn't finished yet with his current one.   I called back to the company and was put on hold and told the manager would be contacting me.  The next day while I waited for my movers show up or someone to call there was only the sound of crickets.  I called again and was getting no answers no explanation and no date for a move.  My credit card although have been charged.  Avoid this company at all cost unless you just don't care when they actually show up.

Avoid this company at all costs.  I almost cannot record everything that has happened since my move since I am trying to block it from my memory.  I moved from Northern California to Southern California, arranged to fly up to meet the movers the weekend they promised to show (with 24 hours notice).  I was never notified of their arrival until I returned to Southern California that following Monday, at which point they gave me about 30 minutes of notice they were on their way.  I had been trying to reach corporate all weekend, and had finally gotten someone on the phone Monday morning and canceled service.  I was surprised that the movers were still calling me given that I had just canceled, but they said they had talked to my mom (they hadn't) and they were meeting her there.  Only after the movers came and went did I confirm my mom had not authorized them to come.  I had been offered 10% off prior to canceling, so I called back to explain what happened and was told the 10% was no longer being offered to me.  When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told the manager didn't want to speak to me.Flash forward to the following weekend when once again I was supposed to receive my stuff, never heard or got information all weekend long. At this point I had taken to calling the drivers directly, since they are actually competent and reliable despite what a crap company they unfortunately work for.  Props to both Richard and David for being such hard workers.  Unfortunately, David was tasked with an impossible move and ended up being so far behind schedule that he didn't show up to my apartment until 11 pm.  It seemed to me that he would lose his job if he didn't complete the move that night, so I agreed to having him complete the move that night.  Five hours later, he drove off, and I can only imagine that he probably had another job to start that morning. In addition to horrible customer service, I was charged twice what they quoted, never heard back following multiple attempts to complain following the move, and their "cataloging" system is totally inefficient- the movers have to tag and write down every box and item they move, which only slows the process.  One thing was damaged and I supposedly can report it, but my confidence is low anyone even gives two s**** about my damaged item.  So why they even bother tagging each item and slowing down the process is yet another example of how inept this company is.NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY.
