I contacted Upline Moving because I needed to ship items from my storage unit and studio in Los Angeles over to a friend in New York. I felt very comfortable after knowing they do free visual inspections and guarantee their price instead of giving estimates. I felt even better when I met with Richard on the day of the consultation and explained the entire process from start to finish. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me work the price within my budget. The movers were excellent on the day of pickup and handled everything with care. Richard said delivery could take up to 14 business days, but the shipment came in 12, which was very nice. At delivery, everything arrived safely and they even placed the furniture where my friend wanted it to go. Would definitely recommend this service to anyone needing to move cross country!

Excellent service! I recently shipped a few rooms worth of items from my Dad's house in Laguna Hills to his retirement house in Austin, TX and couldn't be happier. I had to do a long distance move with a pickup in the same week. I contacted Upline because of the great reviews here. Richard came in and did a free in home quote and gave me a price on the spot. The items came in about 2 weeks as expected. My dads 65" Samsung screen was in perfect condition at delivery and the packed fragile pieces were just fine. So these guys did an amazing job. One cheap table lamp was broken, but that was because I decided to pack it. All in all, I would use these guys again in a heartbeat.

Upline changed my perception on how moving companies should operate. I've had some bad experiences with moving in the past, especially with companies that work with weight based estimates. It's almost always more than whatever they quote you! I was planning a move from Los Angeles to Oakland to get some remaining items shipped that I had at my parents house. The estimator came to my house to do a consultation. The quote was slightly higher but moving is just one of those things you don't want to do cheap or you'll definitely regret it, kind of like a discount tattoo. These guys really take pride in how they handle your items, it's no joke! They were professional and courteous.They say 7 days or less for delivery but my stuff came within a week (I guess it just depends when they have a trailer going out). Upon delivery the crew brought everything into my new home. Everything arrived safely except an old ikea bookcase, but seriously those things are made out of paper and a kid could karate chop through it anyway. I am really impressed by the quality of service and the fair pricing.Thank you Upline Moving!

I was so incredibly impressed by the group of three movers that came to move my apartment. Armando was professional, on time, clean, polite and really took care of every item they wrapped and moved. They covered everything and made sure all fragile items were marked so they would not get damaged. I'm so happy I did my homework and found the best movers possible!! They did not charge one more penny then they quoted me when David came to my apartment and gave me a quote. Love this company!

This is the second time I've moved with Upline. The first time was from Burbank to San Francisco and the move was very smooth and efficient. So this time,  I need to move back from SF to LA, i decided to use Upline again! This particular move was even more efficient because they have locations both in Northern and Southern California and the delivery time was super fast. The crew this time was also very professional and worked very hard to ensure that my furniture was protected. They pay attention to the littlest details and even gave protection to certain items which weren't even very valuable.I honestly hate moving but if I have to move...again (crossing my fingers), I would not hesitate to use Upline again!
