Guarded in my review right now.  I might update. They were recommended by my boss.  She doesn't put up with much.  I got a nice estimate.  I thought they suited my needs.  I emailed back to get dates.  Silence.I called and asked if they were open on a Saturday.  I wanted to get some boxes and set up a date.  Sure.  They failed to tell me they close at noon.  I drove over an hour on freeways clogged with accidents to find them closed.I'm checking on someone more local.  U-haul.

We were moving from San Francisco to Southern California, but were being put up in corporate housing for a month and stressing out about the high quotes for the move and Storage from other national brands. Luckily we got the most awesome Rep ever at Two Men and a Truck - Barb. If you need to work with somebody in the office I highly recommend asking for her first. She understood right away what we needed to have happen, had quotes to us in a timely manner, and made scheduling the move on our time a breeze. Bryan and Arturo were the two movers who came to NorCal, and I was so happy with how much care they took, especially with the breakables. They even plastic wrapped some of the furniture to make sure that it wouldn't get dusty or scratched! They were super friendly and a few times when I asked for items to be packed in different ways they were absolutely accommodating.After we moved we realized that we needed to get the bike and the bike helmet out of storage, so we called Barb and she was able to have the items available for us to pick up at their location.Scheduling to get moved into our new place once we found one was also a breeze and I would say the only hiccup at this point was that our apartment complex doesn't have easy access for large trucks, so it took a lot longer to move in then it should have. Both movers who brought our stuff in were fantastic and even placed the furniture where I wanted it to go.I really can't say enough good things about this moving company. Professional, courteous, incredible price, and we will definitely be booking with them again when it's time to move.

I understand moving is a hectic time and these guys move for a living. And I will say that we may not have been the best prepared. it was kind of scattered but I heard there were boxes coming to pack up the rest of the stuff. I was elated at that news because we just needed a few to get the rest of the stuff together. When the two guys first came in they seemed a bit overwhelmed, again my fault on that, but I told them the game plan I thought would work best. We would pack up the rest of the stuff that needed to go out while they moved the the stuff that was ready. About 80% of the apartment. They tell me that the problem with that is they move faster than we can pack usually. But then tells me that it would take 7+ hours to move everything. I was confused as to which is it that they would move quick or they would need more than 7 hours. It seems that they did not want to do the move and to take it easy. before we knew it was cancelled. Why they could not have packed up about 2 hours worth of stuff to make it easier on us is beyond me. I would never recommend this service to anyone.I am sure that the manager I spoke to I believe was Tyrell was actually very nice and only going off the recommendation of the movers. But the 2 movers seemed rather lazy. Im sure speaking with the manager, which I will do a bit later as I now have to move everything myself, I will be able to get the names of the two employees.
