History

Established in 2014. «We wanted a business that we felt good about and that we could do together. We were impressed with Two Men and a Truck record growth and customer satisfaction scores». So in 2013 Bob and Chantal decided on a new career. Coming from the medical field, they had developed organizational, business leadership, and management skills. Today they are applying their business/customer service skills in Southern California.

I would recommend this company very highly for moving services. Got a referral from a friend that also used them in the past with great results. Friendly moving guys and best prices I could find. I'm happy with the whole process from start to finish. Next time I'm moving I'll be using them again for sure.

Ok, i am usually very level headed when it comes to labor intensive jobs. Well, if you need a moving company, dont use this one, they are the most unprofessional lack luster company I have ever used. I hired a moving company, thinking it would ease my mind and my back and neither was helped. These two light weight movers came in my house and could not move the refrigerator. DO YOU BELIEVE it is against their policy to take doors off a refrigerator to remove it from the kitchen. So, we removed all our freezer and cold food and took it to the new location. Now, no refrigerator is coming, so what in the hell am i suppose to do. This company was advised of the type of refrigerator we have prior to these dimwits, who move like molasses, since they get paid by the hour. I was very disappointed in a moving company with a Supervisor that has no tools, amateur knowledge and no understanding of how to move a person efficiently, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, unless you are moving one item. No tip, No problem. Good Bye.

Rude & unpleasant.If you are trying to book a move here and you're a busy professional don't expect the courtesy of your time. Denise Earl who is the rep at this location is rude and pushy and has zero respect for your time. This rep will pressure you to book before you're ready and will NOT include information unless you ask for it. Denise will call you although you specify emailIng for quote info is easier for you, due to being in an office all day. This location does not know people work and cannot call? Denise has a Major lack or customer service skills and very poor email etiquette. Someone needs to tell this person the proper use of "!"

I love 2 men and truck and would use them in the future, for sure. I moved from Atl to LA a couple of years ago and did not use them, now I really wish I had! Tyrell, from 2 men was a huge help, and super responsive when it came to any questions I had about my recent relocation to Seattle from LA. He was attentive and gave me insight on why and how the movers packed my things the way they did. It was a testament of their packing and moving expertise!

They damaged my dresser. They were difficult and inflexible to work with in replacing my dresser. The manager Pablo hung up on me. I suggest using another company.
