We recently used Tim's to move over the 4th of July weekend. Tom's was referred to us by two of my wife's colleagues, each with glowing reviews.I called for a quote and spoke with John. John was very professional over the phone in assessing our move and even more professional in person. His crew is super friendly and have a great attitude towards the job and with one another. I had a couple pieces of furniture that weren't in the best of shape before their arrival and a crew member offered to glue a couple joints together for me during the move. I thought that was a kind gesture.We ran out of boxes while packing and John was able to pack up the last of the loose ends for us.With five guys and two trucks, our move was done in half a day!I found the rate I was quoted to be competitive and an even greater value once I saw this team in action.I have since referred Tom's Marathon to a friend of mine for his upcoming move and I hope you consider using their services in the near future.GP

We just moved into our first home and what a stressful thing that is. Junior, Ryan, Daniel, and Ernesto were amazing. So professional, courteous, and careful with our belongings. They were so fast but thorough, everything was well wrapped, secured, and efficiently moved. I've heard so many nightmare stories about movers so I was hesitant to hire a company but Toms Marathon Movers is legit. John was great over the phone assessing our move, how long it might take, and the quote was competitive. He even called a day before to check in, confirm the arrival time, and ensure we were ready. I would recommend them to anyone looking to move! Hands down an all around great experience. Thank you to the team for helping us!

Have to share that the local mover we are using - Tom's Marathon Movers - is utterly fantastic. They work fast, hard and with great care. They are very very kind and extremely courteous. They also work well as a team, encouraging each other and helping each other. I have moved a LOT in my life and honestly these guys are the nicest, most courteous I've found. If you have to move in Los Angeles area, I highly recommend them.

My review is 4 months late and I'm disappointed I've forgotten the names of the two gentlemen that helped me move.  I should start by saying I have moved A LOT and my experiences with other moving companies are usually so-so at best.  Tom's was referred to me by my cousin, sister, and co-worker who had all used them previously and gave them glowing reviews.  My move consisted of 3 stops - the final being about 30 mins away.  Not only did the guys finish 30 minutes ahead of schedule but the total price was exactly what I had been quoted over the phone to the dollar.  That never, ever happens in my world.  The guys were so organized and careful with my belongings.  Very willing to arrange and rearrange the furniture placement.  They ran up & down the stairs to get the next load in the sweltering summer heat.  Tom's is the only moving company I'll use from here on out.  Worth every penny!
