Had bad moving experience before and i gotta say for the first time im thankful to have a great and fast working team to help me with my move..They were beyond great at their work got everything done as asked.If looking for 100% in their work I recommend smart move.

So happy i went with them for my move! They were quick to respond to my quote request. Most affordable out of all the others. Very professional, quick and were able to get the job done perfectly. Unassembled and re-assembled my bed like pros ..I'll be recommending them to everyone i know. Thanks so much for helping me move. I'm so grateful and relieved now that it's all over, thanks to their help :)

These guys are liars and have horrible people skills. I don't know how they got these good reviews. My girlfriend made an appointment for 5pm. I was waiting for them at my residence until 5:30. I figured they would knock on the door. In their defense, they called ONCE and text me a couple times. Text? Anyways, so they called. I got my cell at 5:30 and realized the missed call. I call them back and the workers had already went home. 30 minutes buffer and they were from my residence and home. It's Friday, I get it. What got me extremely upset was the owner Juan. He was saying that they knocked on my door and spoke to someone telling them that they were there to "get some things". What the hell? First of all, who the hell goes to a place and tells a stranger that you're there to "get some things?"  Second, I was there!! My family was close to the front door and NO ONE SPOKE TO ANYONE! When I asked him what address they went to because they might've gone to the wet oh my God residence, Juan became defensive and said they waited for 45 minutes. 45 minutes?? No sir. I called you 30 minutes after the time I thought you would be there and your workers were already in the wind. I should've kept my cell phone close to me if I would've known that no one was going to knock on the damn door!Don't lie to me and then tell me I'm in the wrong. I'd rather pay a little more money for a more professional company with some integrity. Also, they only take cash. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THEM!

Not a smart move to use Smart Move!  They do not itemize your move so if you have more than they thought, too bad!  You have to move it yourself!  I have always had moving companies either come out and inspect the items to move, or go room by room with me over the phone.  These guys made another appointment after me and couldn't finish the job. I had a two bedroom apartment...After I told them I wasn't going to pay until the job was complete they threatened to leave and put my belongings in storage and sue me.  They would not take out a single item until I went and paid them CASH! They also left one of my televisions on the wall at the old house that I had to hire another company to remove.I have moved back and forth from New York, twice!, and this was the WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Smart move was on time, fast and flexible.  They were VERY fast.  Two truck loads took only 3 hours and that includes putting my furniture together again!   Eddie is great and they were very careful with my furniture and my hardwood floors.  Thanks Smart Move, I will definitely refer you to friends and family!
