LD Moving & Storage was pretty great until they LOST MY 100 DOLLAR TABLE & basically didn't even care. They had a numbering system and just totally some how lost my table, not to mention also broke my amazing vintage ceramic bowl & mug. When they delivered everything they didn't read the boxes that clearly stated FRAGILE. They just dropped it on the floor like no big deal & plopped heavier boxes on top of it. In the end they told me because I didn't purchase more insurance I only get 5 dollars back. Don't trust these people! They don't care about your belongings at all. & the claims department lady "Jasmine" is probably the rudest/slowest person in the universe. When moving, just do yourself a favor & don't use these people. *************UPDATEThey contacted me and offered to pay for my table that was lost. They sounded very apologetic & gave me my money back immediately. I would give them 5 stars but the fact that I had to go through all of this warrants 4.

I do have experience with moving companies because i moved a lot for my job.To be honest its never easy, i have so many stories for good and bad.And now i feel like I'm a PRO!This time i needed to move one bedroom apartment to Texas.And because my experience i know what i need for my move.When i call LD moving i was making sure that i'm giving them all my items list.David was very helpful i must to say, special when ask me if i need some packing service and explain to me the extra fee.I know that already, but its good to know that they check that.last company didn't ask and charge me more on the pickup. ( bad experience remember?...)Had no issue with the movers at all, there were nice and professional.My items arrived in one piece.Overall i had good experience with LD moving and I'm defiantly going to use them in the future.TIP: in my case i make sure that I'm packing all my items before, to save extra $$$.
