This company doesn't even deserve one star! They were terrible in every way possible! Every small thing was a big deal for these idiots., Especially the owner Anthony... Wow that man was the worst! After the whole move was done and he got his pay, he called us and cussed us out in every way possible. He was rude and had anger problem that he seriously should get checked. I would not recommend anyone to move with this company!They moved a two bedroom apartment and it took them the whole day, from morning to night to move. I could have done it faster alone! I've moved in the past but this was by the far the worst experience ever! I wouldn't go back here if someone paid meDO NOT GO WITH ADEPT MOVER, TRUST MESave yourself the time and patience...

Do not be misled by their $59 per hour ad.  Once they arrive, the nickel and diming begins.  $60 for a roll of shrink wrap.  $60 addition for an upright piano. $60 for any items they deem too heavy. Avoid them like the plague.... use companies with 4 stars and above.  They even had the nerve to cuss you out in Russian.

Moving is one of the most painful things you can do so my being annoyed about having to move is not going to affect my review of these guys. They were great! I had never hired movers in the past and was reluctant to do so this time but I'm so glad I did! Being a girl, I was afraid of scary, just out of prison guys coming into my home. The two guys they sent were polite, professional, and very willing to do things exactly how I wanted. They didn't dilly-dally and followed me to the second location without incident.Yes, they can only give you an estimate of the cost, and it may cost you more than what you thought, BUT THAT'S BECAUSE THEY DON'T KNOW IN ADVANCE HOW MUCH JUNK YOU HAVE! I paid a bit more than I anticipated but because I have a lot of things and it took more than 3 hours, plain and simple. I can't get upset with them that the actual cost was more than the estimate. They were not taking all kinds of breaks and slowing down on purpose. They were hard workers so they earned what it cost.Also, I think i was one of the last moves of the day, so they came later than I hoped but it's understandable. Every other person before me probably thought they were just going to be 3 hours jobs and each one required additional time. I mean, I'm happy that they didn't just abandon me in the middle of the move because I took longer than I was scheduled. I'm sure they showed the same courtesy to others before me and I was fine with patiently waiting.The only thing I would change is it would've been nice to get the contract in advance. I felt pressured to sign things without reviewing as carefully as I normally would because I wanted to just get the move started already. Otherwise I would give 5 stars. I'm very happy I went this route.

I was able to make an appointment with Adept for the next day. The movers arrived right on time , were professional and got the job done efficiently. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely use them again.

selected adept based on price.  moved from 1 bedroom apartment to single family home.  our belongings filled about 75% of their 28' bobtail.they sent two young russian speaking gentlemen andrei and stanislav to handle the move on superbowl sunday.they brought wardrobe boxes, moving blankets, hand trucks, furniture dollies, masking tape and shrink wrap.  truck had a liftgate and victory moving painted on the tractor.we had already boxed everything.  they said it would take 6 hours to get it all on the truck including a bed frame, 2 chests of drawers, sofa, loveseat, coffee table, end table, tv stand, 2 bookcases, 1 desk and some miscellaneous items such as lamps, ottomans, speakers, etc.they said it would take 6 hours to get everything on the truck due to a long carry and small elevator.  they finished in just under that.we had 2 people helping them unload.  it took about 90 minutes.they charged for shrink wrap and masking tape.  also charged double drive time and a fee for the truck.  gave me a small discount at the end for helping and buying them lunch.  overall it took longer than expected but felt they worked hard and the price was the best i had found.  in retrospect i wish i had hired 3 movers to get it done faster.  they said it would have been about the same money.very professional.  they damaged the cement counterweight on one lamp and broke a nonessential dowel on my dining table because I couldn't fully disassemble it due to stripped hardware.  Everything else was in good condition on arrival.  highly recommended.
