Jim and Dan are beyond awesome. This company moved my daughters household belongings and automobile from California to Louisiana. When you make a move like this, timing is everything but not always easy to accomplish. Jim and Dan made it happen. The household items delivered Thursday, the automobile on Friday. We were kept in the loop as to where the trucks where while traveling across country and notified 1 hour prior to delivery. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will use them without a doubt again. Moved from DC to Austin with a car.  Flat Price quoted me a very competitive price and low and behold that was actually what it cost! I moved across country with movers once before and what I was quoted on the phone was about half of what it ended up costing.  Flat price included tape, wrapping furniture and art work, and also broke down and re assembled furniture.  The only reason it was not 5 stars was some of the communication didn't happen as I was told it would.  But then again i'm kind of type A and get uptight about stuff like that.  It would be 4.5 if I could.

Scheduled a move from Boston to LA working with Dylan for both my auto and 2 bedroom apartment household items. Every single promise from Estimated arrival, to communication during transit, to delivery quality was the complete opposite of expectation laid out by Dylan. Some key highlights:- Promised a 7-8 Day window with a maximum of two weeks and received my items over 3 weeks after pickup in Boston. - Promised communication and direct number with responsiveness should I have questions: never received a single call back or proactive communication. Literally called Dylan 5-6 times throughout six weeks and never heard back from him except for an email which was not helpful. - items arrived damaged: desk, bookshelf, entertainment center with cracks, nicks and broken drawers due to obvious negligence and poor packing. - paid a very high amount for a company that was well short of service levels quoted. If you're looking for a company that will load your items in an 18 wheeler and jam them in with no regard to your belongings or quality of delivery, and an excruciatingly long wait with atrocious service and deplorable communication than this is your moving company. Otherwise trust me look elsewhere.

I found Flat Price Auto through Yelp. The reviews that I read, were very positive. So I decided to use them to ship a car. My customer service representative was Frank, and he was very professional, and extremely helpful. He made my experience using Flat Price Auto, stressless. I would definitely recommend Flat Price Auto, to my friends and family.
