We just completed move #2 out of three and we are so happy with these guys.  The first move was from my West Hollywood condo into a storage unit in North Hollywood.  The three guys they sent were all awesomely hard workers.  The second move was moving most of the stuff in the storage unit to our new house in Mt. Washington.  We got two guys this time and again it all went smoothly.We are looking forward to using them again for the final move which is going to be quite the challenge:  Moving my husband's two bedroom condo stuff into the new house.  We know these guys are up for it.

Guys....this is the ONLY moving company you need to consider to move your personal belongings from one location to another.This is the second time I've used them (first time back in 2008), and I have only great things to say about them. Graham (in the office) was personable, informative, and asked all the right questions to ensure both his team and I were ready for the move.The two actual movers arrived on time, packed/wrapped every piece of furniture with care, as if they were moving their own items. Had to do two stops on this move, taking some items to a new town home, and the rest to a storage unit.  They moved efficiently, effectively, and asked for input at any point where there was a question about where an item was to move, or how I wanted something wrapped.To the readers looking to move:  Be sure to do your own homework and prep ahead of the move. It will help the movers be efficient and keep the process moving forward to your liking.Working ahead with Graham, I knew what I had to do in order to prepare. Their pricing is right in line with the competition, so don't expect outrageously expensive pricing, or for them to be the "cheapest movers in LA."  I'm a big believer in getting what I pay for, and had no problem with the cost of this move. Their services were well priced, they did exactly what they said they were going to do, and my 30-mile move from an apartment into a new town home was completed in just over 1/2 a day. I would hire them again and again, and remember...I've already hired them TWICE.  Graham and company, you chaps put it in the back of the net on this one!

Well, I moved at the end of February, and am 100% satisfied. Thanks again!My move was from a 1-bedroom apartment to another 1-bedroom apartment, within West LA. Took only 3.5 hours.  I returned all the boxes I purchased, and got 100% refund on them.If I have to move in the future, I will use them again.

These guys did a great job.  I like that Graham came out and did a free assessment of what the cost would be to move my home, provide about one months storage, and a delivery to my new place (note: I packed my own place) - what sold me was that in his contract we agreed to an amount that was capped.  His 3 movers were extremely efficient and very nice - they wasted no time.  Note - if you live in a condo/apartment it's a great idea to call the city to reserve a part of your street for the moving van (this was big as I was near a lot of construction).  The only downside (which is also a great upside depending on how you look at it) is that they don't inventory.  This is great because it saves a lot of time that costs; however, I worried about my stuff going missing (especially because it was going to storage).  I can tell you that all my stuff was delivered quickly, in great condition, and most importantly everything was there.  I've used many moving companies over the years and I've never really enjoyed it, there's always something that quite never goes as I hoped; however, I definitely recommend the Elephant Moving Co.

Elephant Moving Co. is hands down the best moving company my husband and I have ever used. Graham and staff at Elephant Moving Co. offers outstanding customer service and they are extremely organized and efficient. My husband and I highly recommend Elephant Moving Co. We also have friends and colleagues who used Elephant Moving Co. to move and they also had a great experience as well.
