Movers were pleasant, efficient and helpful. Arrived on time, worked hard, were careful - could not be happier with their service. Very well. There were three movers. They showed up on time, were respectful, and moved sensitive photography equipment carefully.Hardworking, careful, and thorough. The job took a bit longer than anticipated but the price was very reasonable.

I thought about just calling few of my friends to help out but I figured that for a big move a moving company would do it a lot faster. I called City Moving cause of a friend of mine recommended them to me so I went for it. I'm happy I called cause I have this big heavy couch and it didn't fit into the front door because the stairs are too narrow.But they figured out right away what to do it was incredible how they tied up bunch of straps together and had two guys on the top balcony and the other two outside on the bottom. The ones on the bottom picked it up while the ones on the top pulled. They got it in and it did fit through that door with no damage. I was so happy I called if it was just me and my friends we wouldn't be able to bring it inside. Much thanks to City Moving and the awesome crew they sent me.

So I needed to move my family and household across the country from CA to UT.I initially dealt with the rep who was on the sales side of the delivery.He was professional, easy to work with and got a bit creative to make the move 'occur'.Move ended up better than expected. The company is truly professional and a pleasure to work with.

They exceeded my expectations! They completed the job faster and less costly then I expected. They introduced themselves when they arrived and immediately began to move boxes. They communicated with each other on what needed to be done.All furniture was padded and wrapped. They disassembled my bed and dresser, and reassembled at the new place. They put everything where I wanted it to go and always asked if they were unsure where to put something. They were fun and good bunch of hard working people. There were no cons at all. I even had an antique sowing machine, that arrived in perfect condition.

This company is not only the biggest rip off, but also they have terrible customer service (my contact was mostly with Liz).I tried to schedule a move from CA to VA. Two days prior to my move, as they had requested, I sent them an updated inventory list. To which NO ONE responded. When the movers arrived, they had the wrong inventory list and told me that based on my things, it would cost me double. This was on a Sunday and I called every single representative that I had been in touch with, to which no one responded. I sent the movers away and called Liz back the next day. She claims that she had sent me an email with my new quote after I provided her my inventory list. Which was a flat out lie, because explain to me how I received every other email they ever sent me, but not that one. I decided to cancel my move, so she did, BUT she kept my $100 deposit. They should've paid ME to deal with their crap.Definitely going with another company ASAP! Stay far away from these robbers.
