Best moving and storage experience ever!!!I am currently working out of the country and I was informed by the storage facility that I used for the past 3 years that they had lost their lease and that I had 30 days to vacate my locker. Traveling 3000 miles to move my property to a new storage facility was out of the question and at the present time I don't have any friends or relatives to do it for me.So I searched Yelp for movers and requested quotes from 3 of the highest rated companies.The same day that I requested the quotes, I received two ridiculously high estimates by email and began to worry. Then Jason, the owner of 123 Moving and Storage called my cell phone. Within a few minutes of explaining y situation, I knew that they were the right company for me. Jason gave me a very reasonable quote for the move over the phone and a quote for monthly storage that is less then what I was currently paying. He could have easily taken advantage of my situation but he didn't. Within a few hours I received a written firm quote (not an estimate) from Joe, their Customer Care Representative, along with the required paperwork and credit card authorization forms.The move was scheduled for a week later and during that week I completed the documents and sent them back by email. There was an email from Joe thanking me and confirming the receipt of the paperwork.The day before the move, Ronda, from their accounts department emailed my invoice and explained the charges. The charge was exactly what I was quoted without any surprises.Today I was informed that my property was picked up on time, everything went smoothly and it was now safely stored at 123's storage facility.I have moved many times in my life due to my career and I have had some dishonest movers and some very good ones. I have to say though, that no other company made me feel more comfortable and appreciated as 123 Moving and Storage. What could have been a nightmare 3000 miles away turned out to be the discovery of the best moving company with the most customer oriented owner and employees that I have ever found.Thanks to Jason and his staff for making this a care free experience.

We unfortunately had to move out of our home because we had water damage to our floors, and they needed to be replaced.  124 Moving and Storage was the only moving company I called and I am glad I hired them.  They did a "move-store-move" for us.  They came, showed up right on time, packed up all our things, moved them off-site, and returned them 11 days later when our new floors were done.  Their crew was courteous, efficient, and worked diligently.  I didn't feel like they wasted any time at all.  I will definitely be using 123 Moving and Storage for my next move.

DONT GO HERE!!! they are the biggest crooks ever! They lie, cheat and rip you off beyond belief. We had them pack up some of our stuff from my apartment and put it in storage and it literally, no exaggeration cost $2000!!!!! Plus they claim they are in Santa Monica, but the storage unit is actually in Compton!! And they charge you a fortune even if you rent your own uHaul and go to the storage unit yourself to pick up your stuff!!! After spending thousands of dollars to have my apartment packed up into storage I am forced to hire a different moving company to pick up everything from this crooked company and move it to a different storage unit!! WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!

As a dental consultant, I spent the better part of last year working on the East Coast.  As a result, I needed a reliable moving company from California that could move both my furniture, as well as provide a satisfactory facility for temporary storage on my way to North Carolina.  Upon contacting 1-2-3 Moving and Storage, I found their service to be thorough, forthright (without unexpected hidden costs) and reasonably competitive in comparison to other moving companies.  If you are in need of a responsible lead contact to oversee a long or short distance "tedious process," I would highly recommend the 1-2-3 Moving and Storage manager in the Torrance facility, Sean.  His outstanding customer service skills can satisfy even those clients who pay special attention to detail and proficiency such as myself.I have recently moved back to Southern California and without any hesitation I called upon Sean to assist me with my final destination.  Without any doubt Sean is very knowledgeable about the moving industry and most importantly, he is reliable.  With my long distance moves, he guided me with all the necessary steps required for the best outcome during my move.  Mission accomplished and all went great  with each move! The team of movers at 1-2-3 Moving and Storage are exceptional with both their care for the client's possessions as well as their professionalism.  Unfortunately, my recent move took place in a torrential rain storm throughout the day!  The crew, consisting of Sebastian, Victor, Juan, Ismael and Luis were excellent! They literally took off their shoes every time they entered my home in order to keep the floors free of mud from the rain.  They also made every effort to be certain the furniture was placed to my satisfaction over area rugs, etc. and placed in the right position.  As in most moves, unforeseen "things" happen however, I am glad to say that whatever may arise during a long distance move, Sean is dedicated to client satisfaction and will remedy any situation.  In conclusion, I give Sean at 1-2-3 Moving & Storage my highest recommendation for quality service.  He's the best in the business!  Thank you for your excellent service!
