A friend of mine recommended Wing Van Lines for my move so I called them and they answered at once. The sales representative was polite and nice to me and sent me a quote within a few minutes. The crew service was even better than I expected, no complaints.

What a nice job Wing Van Lines did in my move. All the staff was kind to me and made my life easier. They work 7 days a week with a very responsive customer service department, they provided status without having to ask for it. I would definitely recommend their service to my friends.

Although I had only a 3 hr window with my building elevator I let the crew know and they were so thoughtful that they worked nonstop until they got everything loaded in the truck in 2 hours. During the move my mattress got ripped however the Insurance took care of this issue quickly. Wing Van Lines was very responsive and helpful, only good comments for this company.

Wing Van Lines was able to tightly pack the items in the truck and load as much as possible. They were helpful and listened to our directions. There was a little detail when I asked for status one of their representatives promised to call me back but she didn’t, so I called them back to complain. 2 minutes later the supervisor called me back apologizing for her mistake and promised that it would never happen again. From that point on I did not have to call for status again. The customer service agent called me every day with status and that was great for me.

After calling my sales representative, I got the quote which at the end of the day was quite accurate. The crew arrived on time and all of them were polite and committed. I told one of the movers that my dining table won’t fit through the door, but it was not a problem, he figured it out quickly, he had all sorts of disassembling tools. Wing Van Lines ran everything smoothly and on time.
