I really wanted to leave a good review and have waited some time to leave this to see if I could get my problems resolved. I chose this company because the guy on the phone was so friendly and professional and their deal (was it Angie's List?) put them lower cost than the other guy whose reviews had them at the top of my list. They were on time the day of the move-in fact early. Their guys were nice enough. They, however, asked for a ziplock where they placed (I'm assuming) ALL the hardware from the items needing disassembling and it never resurfaced. We kept thinking they must have placed it somewhere sensible and we would soon find it. However, with boxes enough for 5600 square feet of house, it takes a few days to gather your senses and find anything lost. It was never found and the house is fully unpacked. We had to spend time at Lowe's finding new pieces instead. I did have to make a special hour round trip to IKEA to get their proprietary pegs for a bookcase. It seems that the pegs were not removed from any of the bookcases- most just fell out in moving. I've never had movers before- I assumed they would do these things for you.  The most upsetting thing, however, is the large oak table leaf that went missing. We have moved states several times and never misplaced screws, pegs or table leaves but I kept thinking it would turn up. Did I put it in storage despite trying never to put solid wood in storage? Nope. I had a hard time getting them to answer phone calls. They don't have a dedicated phone answerer it seems. My messages haven't been returned. I did finally get through and he was so courteous and apologized and said they would look into it right away and also that they thought they had my table leaf and took my address and said they'd drop it off in the next couple of days but this didn't happen and still trying to get hold of him to make an insurance claim. The table was passed down to us and is a 10 person table.UPDATE: I was trying to contact Taurus again today but the phone went to voicemail and their mailbox was full. Busy week? After posting to Yelp, I got a call right away and he made an appointment to come by 2 hours later and show me the only table leaves he knows of. Neither were the right one so the mystery remains to be solved but he paid me for our troubles with having to seek out assembly hardware for other furniture so that issue is resolved. Hopefully, the leaf will yet be found by some miracle, but at least, if you can get hold of them, the men are very easy to talk to and sincere. When the table leaf issue is resolved, I would be happy to change my review. Good fellows though.

One of the best!  Having been in the relocation industry for 20 years I have heard numerous horror stories about moving companies.  I was referred to Taurus by a close friend and I'm so glad I chose them.  We moved within Gilbert (about 7 miles) and I called just about two weeks before our move date and David had no problem accommodating us with two trucks and six guys!  They were right on time, had great attitudes and didn't damage a single thing.  We moved into a brand new home and they were very cautious as to not hit walls with furniture and they protected the carpeting as well.  I highly recommend them!

I booked the 2.5hr moving services and the three guys Remington, Brady and Louis did a wonderful job of moving everything that I had planned for and kept within time as well. They also took utmost care and did a wonderful job of moving my heavy couch from the second floor with a turning staircase to another second floor.I would definitely recommend Taurus and would go with them again when moving.

Taurus Moving did a great job moving me out of my apartment and into my new house. The crew was very respectful and efficient in moving all of my stuff. I really appreciated their willingness to move items around already in the house and doing it as quick as possible!

An incredible moving experience ,They confirmed appointment and gave me a tentative arrival time , They moved our furniture down 3 flights of stairs quickly and safely. Most importantly, they didn't waste any time which saved us money. The guys were courteous and friendly. They were bang on target with the estimates provided I would definitely recommend Taurus and would go with them again when moving
