So I bought Taurus moving services through Groupon before I realized the company would honor the Groupon price. I would have much rather just given Taurus my money directly because they were pretty much exactly what a moving company should be. I know this because I had a two day move and the second day I had to purchase a Groupon from another company. I unintentionally was able to compare the two companies side by side and the winner was obvious. Taurus has better prices, better quality, and better customer service. My fiancé also ended up using Taurus to move into our house and she had an equally amazing experience. I made sure to grab several of their cards so I could pass them out to other people who are moving into our housing division. I hope I don't have to move again for a long, long time but if I did I would definitely use Taurus again. They were friendly. They protected my things. They had the equipment needed to move my valuables the right way. And because they are local and not some national chain their prices are way better -- and they are local. Did I mention they were local?It's hard to trust some random company with your valuables during a stressful time of a move. So it's nice to have companies like these guys to ease some of the stresses.

Taurus Moving get my moving done very quickly but they are not as good as the previous vendor i used 2 years back per my opinion. The Bad:1) They did not wrap ALL my furniture. Only by selectively. Furniture were unwrapped before moving up to stair at destination house.2) I only request 4 movers but end up 5 movers were coming. I am fine with this but Taurus moving should have informed me earlier. Because they were too many people for little stuffs, some guys did not have much work and just standing around and wait for others. The good:1) They finish moving within 2.5 hours! Previous vendor i used spent about 4 hours for the same amount of furniture with 3 people. Of course the extra time spent was on ensure all the furniture were wrapped accordingly.

Booked from 10-12p and confirmed the day before to show up at 10a.  Finally, showed up at 12:30p, so we ended up having to do most of the work ourselves. Previously said that packing materials were included and then attempted to charge (didn't charge, but tried to).  Did an okay job packing, but wrapped valuables in the truck after carrying it outside which is dangerous. Stayed for 1 hour and charged for 2 hours.  They even booked more work while doing my service which means they were not focused on my job.  Overpriced and unreliable.  Will not use again.

Taurus Moving is the best around. David was very professional in setting up our move, and even honored a Groupon deal I had not yet purchased. Brandon and his crew of 3 arrived at 745am and quickly began loading the truck efficiently and safely. Unfortunately for us, by the time the truck was loaded and ready to go, we received word that our new home had not closed and we could not get in until 2pm! David told his crew to go ahead and wait, and reduced the hourly rate while we were waiting.2pm came and went, and my husband and I grew more and more frustrated. Instead of complain or constantly asking us for updates, Brandon and crew continued to wait patiently and DID NOT COMPLAIN EVEN ONCE! At 4pm we were finally allowed in the house and the guys began unloading immediately. They took great care of our belongings and put everything where we wanted it. Brandon even stayed another 15 mins after paying the bill to set up the washer and dryer that he noticed wasn't done. They had already had a 10 hour day with us!!I highly recommend Taurus Moving- our moving day was a complete nightmare but these guys took care of business!
