The movers (two men) arrived in the morning. They loaded several boxes and other items in their truck, but it was by no means full. They informed my husband they were going to drive to the new house to unload their truck, and would return. When they arrived at the new house, they informed me that they would not be moving the rest of the items, claiming an allergic reaction. However, after looking through the garage and checking some records (our bi-monthly pest control company hadn't been in the garage in over a year), the only things that may cause an allergic reaction were dust and dog hair. They refused to speak with my husband about the issue. I felt they were trying to take advantage of the situation, and that it was unprofessional for them to tell my husband they would be right back when they clearly did not intend on returning, and would only speak with me regarding them cancelling their services. The movers refused to unload the truck until they were paid. The charges on the printed bill were crossed out, and replaced with an amount more than twice the printed bill. They were unable to explain the reason for the increased charges. I tried to contact a supervisor prior to paying them, to see if we could come up with another solution, and if we could get an explanation of the bill. I used the phone number the movers gave me- he said his supervisor would answer the phone. After repeated phone calls, he did not. I asked if other people were able to come to complete the move, and we were told no. They said they preferred cash or money order, so they were paid cash. They did not give me a receipt for the transaction. A supervisor returned my husband's phone call within two days, and they were unable to resolve our complaint. Chris said he would have his supervisor (the owner of the company) contact my husband. A week and a half later, we still have not heard from the owner, nor have we received a phone call from Chris, the person my husband spoke with. That same day, we had to hire a u-haul and were scrambling to find people to help us move, since we had to be out of our previous residence two days later. I am currently 6 months pregnant and unable to lift anything.My advice is to rent a uhaul yourself- it'll be cheaper and less stressful, since that's what you'll have to end up doing the day of anyway.

Can't even believe I am giving this company one star..only because you have to put something...I scheduled a move 2 weeks ahead of time with Chris and called him to confirm the day before. Well, here I am the day of the move and they are a no show. I called and was given some lame excuse and told they couldn't tell me what time they would be able to make it even though they were scheduled for 8 am. Possibly they wouldn't make it at all. Warning!!! Warning!! DO NOT book these people if you want someone reliable. They shouldn't even be in business!

These guys were great. Chris gave a more than fair price to move us out of our 2300 sq foot home and into a condo. The guys packaged up everything. Nothing was damaged and they worked hard!!!! Not a minute wasted. I would highly recommend these guys. Superb customer service and they were actually 15m early to get us moved which I appreciated. We also had a courtesy call before they arrived so we were ready. Our movers even took a few boxes from us that we decided to donate to goodwill. They told us they'd drop it off for us at their neighboring goodwill. I absolutely don't understand the negative reviews. These guys were professional, nice, and extremely gently moving everything for us. We literally didn't have to life a figure. Thank you for everything!!!!

I called this company to move from Phoenix to Sun CIty. The owner or manager, I think it was Chris, came and gave a quote. All was well. The movers showed up on time on the moving day. I had to have them store my belongings overnight as the deal on my house was closing and I had to be out by the next morning. The deal finally went through at 3:00 PM, and I was told that as soon as that happened to give the moving company a call, First Class, and they would be delivering my belongings to my new home the same afternoon. I called, and they said they were doing a job and no one could get my stuff to my new home that afternoon, so that was another night or $$ to store my stuff. Yes, they charge for storage. I believe it is $165 a night. So that was more in their pocket.The movers arrived pretty much on time the following morning to deliver my goods. Now the fun begins. I am not watching each peace of furnature or box that goes through the door, so I don't see that the walnut frame at the top of the couch has been dragged through a door opening and the finish is all worn off. I did not know at that time that the latch on the china cabinette had been broken. I did not know an antique lamp had totally disappeared, along with about six other things. I am going through the vases now and see that about half of those are missing, so that means a box is gone. I have two parrots, each in their own cage. I left them at a friends house during the move, so didn't notice when I went to bring in the one of the bird cages that was sitting on the patio that one of the wheel had been broken off plus one of the knobs for one of the feeding doors whas sheered right off. These are metal, so this cage had to have been jammed into it's moving spot. I have not finished unpacking but I know there is more missing - just give it time. I called Chris at First Class moving about the bird cage as I hadn't seen the couch and cabinette at that point. The boxes are something I cannot prove. Chris said that he would have someone come out, Kyle to be exact, to fix the bird cage. Kyle called twice and set up two appointments to come and fix what was broken. He never showed up. I called Chris back and he said that he would have another guy come out. I don't recall his name, but could get it if I did deep enough on my phone. He called numerous times about setting up times and then cancelling or not showing. I would buy a new wheel, but this one needs whelding for repair. You just don't buy broken parts for these big cages or I would have. A new cage will cost me $600, the exact amount that I paid for it. I won't go into detail the cost to have the couch refinished and the bracket put back on the cabinette plus the cost of any and all missing things. To top it off, before I saw all of this I gave Kyle a $100 bill to split between him and Shawn. I hope Shawn got his part. Bet he didn't. I WOULD NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM. I have posted on the local news not to use them, and in the local neighborhood chat site, which has over 3,000 members. I will be posting on F.B., my own site and anywhere else I can think of. I have to recouperate all of my loses somehow!Keep looking for a decent place. Don't always go by a company that just posts all five stars on their advertising.

Holy cow, the ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE with a moving company EVER!!Of course we were trying to save some money when moving into our new house and god knws we got what we paid for. They were -late every day-unprofessional -physically disheveled (prbly on drugs)-un prepared-irresponsible -broke a precious piece of art-took WAY TOO LONG TOO finish (in my house until past midnight)-too talkative (we dnt need new friends, we needed efficient movers)I SWEAR, i could go on and on. I wish i would of read these reviews before agreeing to use them! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXCUSE for movers!DON'T USE THEM!!PERIOD
