The move went o.k. They didn't mark the boxes so we had no idea which room they should go to. The problem started when they broke footrest of our expensive reclining sectional. I was also over charged for one hour and needed to reimbursed. As requested I filled out a claims form and submitted the receipt. That was 3 1/2 months ago. I've called and emailed many times and was always told that someone will get in touch with me. No one ever did. Total run around. Nobody inspected the couch and I was never reimbursed for the extra hour.I would never hire them again.

Our movers were amazing! They worked so hard and were very nice and professional even though it is so hot here in Arizona! I would use A&C Brothers again or refer them to my friends and family!

Horrible Moving Company and here's why:1. Hidden costs that they neglect to tell you about when they give their moving quote, and from what I've read here on Yelp, this is pretty standard for this company.2. An hour late to the job.3. One of the guys spent so much time standing around either watching the other guy do all the work, or messing with his cell phone, we felt we had to jump in to help because the job was dragging on so long and the costs were of course going up as well.4. Damaged our television and scratched our hard wood floors in several places.5. Upon admitting to the damage they caused, they said they would send someone out to take a look. When that didn't happen, I emailed the company but no reply. Then we called and they said they would send us out the paperwork to get things taken care of. We called three times, and yep... you guessed it, no paperwork ever arrived. Again, after reading the reviews on Yelp, it seems this is S.O.P. for these folks.6. I guess I could have sucked up the above and let that go.... however, the movers gave my son a joint while I was in another room.... that would be cannabis. My son, who was struggling with drug problems. Of course they didn't know that, and it was my son's choice to accept (he then gave it to me after they left); however, this was beyond unprofessional, inexcusable.To say the least, I wish I had read the reviews on Yelp first before I hired this company. I will never use or recommend them in the future!!!In response to the companies comment to my post: I was moving my son, who lives in Arizona, I am not mistaken.

On Monday I signed up online to receive quotes from multiple moving companies. This particular one has kept on calling me multiple times a day since, it is now Friday. I wasn't even ready to followup with any company until Tuesday morning, but by that time they had already called three times. I wanted to receive quotes, not harassment.

Great job guys!  I was a little skeptical at first when they showed up in a rental truck, but the guys explained that another job used up all their trucks that morning so they had to scramble.  Despite a little bit of a late start on maybe the hottest day of the year (Aug 15th) - they didn't arrive until after 9am - the crew just kept on going until the job was done. All of the guys were approachable and friendly, even though the mercury was pushing 117 and we have a lot of stuff!.  It took a little longer than expected (due to the late start and extreme heat) but there were absolutely no surprise charges at the end of the day like I've had in the past - they even used the shrink wrap and other materials that I purchased myself.  I hope to never move again, but I'll use these guys again if I do.
