Magically, I can’t post my own review, so I’m gonna leave this here.

Move: Washington state to Arizona.

Initial representative: Jonathan.

Pros: I requested pickup on 8/13, and my belongings were collected as planned.

From 8/13 to 8/31, my items were stored in a Tacoma warehouse. I spoke to my representative, Phillip, multiple times during this period. I was told the delay was due to a family emergency. On 8/31, Vanessa informed me that my belongings were picked up, and delivery was expected by 9/5.

On 9/4, Eddie, the driver, called to confirm delivery for 9/5, 10-4 PM. Phillip also confirmed. At 2:31 PM on 9/5, Eddie called again, saying the truck broke down in Phoenix, with no idea when my belongings would arrive.

I immediately called the office. Brian refused to let me speak to Phillip and wasn’t aware of the issue. Phillip later called, acknowledging my frustration. However, Eddie had been lying—my belongings had multiple GPS trackers, and I saw the truck moving between Eloy, Midtown Phoenix, and Tolleson, even though Eddie claimed it was broken down.

The next morning, Eddie responded with a thumbs-up emoji, saying delivery would be the following day. I demanded they rent a U-Haul and bring my stuff immediately, but he directed me to call the office.

Brian again refused to let me speak to Phillip. I explained the GPS data, but Brian had no explanation. After multiple calls, Brian still couldn’t reach Eddie, who continued texting me, advising me to contact the office.

Frustrated, I told Brian I’d rent a U-Haul myself. He responded that I would still owe a balance of $1,300.

Bottom line: Horrible company. They lie and make no effort to resolve issues. Avoid at all costs.

This company provided seamless delivery of my TV their customer service was good. They helped me all throughout the delivery, 10 stars for the service. Movers were also professional and nice. Delivery time was as mentioned. Thanks!

I used this company to move my belongings. I packed the boxes myself. Movers were too good. They were very clear and precise in their communications. They arrived promptly on time and quickly loaded my boxes onto their truck. I would recommend them highly, and use their services again if needed.

They are best of the best. They made this experience the best experience ever. Reasonable cost with expert movers. My furniture and belongings were placed exactly where I wanted them. They handled my items like their own. Everything from the start to the end was up to the mark. Well done!

Mentors Moving was very communicative and professional. They made moving a piano from one house to another house easy for me They took their time to be careful with loading and driving the truck for the best outcome and hassle free service. This company is highly recommended to future moving.
