Moving Day is stressful. We had reserved a truck from another company a month prior to our move. Upon our arrival to the other company, they had no truck for us. I was LIVID. They just stood there like "there is nothing we can do for you". I was in a panic and drove to this U-Haul location. We had used U-Haul before, but not great luck, so I was nervous. They weren't busy at 9am. We walked right in. I told them I was having a bad day and was hoping they could turn it around. John P is who helped us and saved the day. He was patient and worked quickly to find us a truck. Although they did not have one at that location, he was able to find what we needed at another storage facility closer to our home. Although we did not get the truck directly from this store, they were the ones who saved the day. We were on a timeline to get a truck back to the house for the movers to meet us. John P. Showed excellent customer service and worked patiently to help already frustrated customers and help get moving day back on track. We actually got a better deal on the truck we reserved, so it all worked out in the end!! Thank you John and U-Haul Naco-Perrin for redeeming U-Haul in our book of resources for future moves and helping us get back on our moving schedule!!

No fuss, in and put with a breeze. Greg helped us and even gave us a few tips. If we run into any hiccups I'll let y'all know.

This place sucks. Never use this location. Or any u-haul for that matter but this place suck on the real. I had 76 dollars on my gift card and already talked to someone from corporate that said I could cash it in there. I get there and the guy was rude saying "I ain't cashing in shit" his exact words. So heed my advice go somewhere else

They don't care about the customer! Will let you sit there waiting in line for 30 minutes and tell you that they can't help you. As some of the other employees just walk from the back to the front doing nothing

I've used U-Haul several times. I had an electrical issue with my trailer hook-up.  Took it in on a weekday and the technician tried to fix it.  He tried fo about 30 minutes, couldn't solve the problem. I guess they didn't have enough people there, so the manager told him to set an appointment for the next day, which we did. I dropped it off, came back after they called me and told me it was fixed.  When I went to pull a trailer the next day, the hookup didn't work. I called them and they really seemed like it was no big deal to them.  No apologies, just saying they will take another look at it. I went in the next day and again, no apologies, just another day of failing to do what they said they would do. I expected someone at some point to say "I'm sorry we made a mistake, we will fix it and make it right".  I sat down in what appeared to be a mini waiting area (had 2 chairs and coffee maker that was turned off with no cups available). The manager-Greg was talking to the worker about how his order is always wrong at Church's Chicken.  I'm there thinking, he needs to focus on getting his "orders" right.  So, they finally diagnosed the issue on my third visit here. They offer to fix it on another day; that would be my fourth trip.  I asked Greg if they could just fix it today since they told me it would only take 30 minutes. They tell me they couldn't do it because they had other appointments scheduled, now there were literally no customers there and three workers (but my appointment was scheduled first?).  It doesn't seem like they have a clue on how to resolve problems and take care of customers.  No thanks, I will pay someone else to fix the problem.
