To begin with, my moving experience with Swift Mover was horrible. From the beginning, it was challenging to schedule a date for them to be able to come. Not only that, but when they go over their price, they seem to leave out a bit of information. I was only moving LESS than 2 MILES. We were able to purchase a place nearby where we were renting. The way things were explained was that they would come, pack everything up, and move the items to the new home. The movers were not that professional, even though they tried to be. I had to repeat myself multiple times about things that were being moved. To include big items! This was very frustrating to manage. They also packed things together that had no business being together, such as towels and toilet bowl plunger together — not even placing it in a bag. After moving everything, and getting things set up at the house, I found the stuff they broke. One item that they broke they even said that they would report it themselves. After taking pictures and sending everything in, they only offered pennies for all the items. Over 500 hundred dollars of broken items like crystal cups, old china, dresser, and other small items. They had explained before that they did have coverage, but it is A HORRIBLE INSURANCE. After their very long "Investigation" that i had to reach out to for communication, we decided that is was not worth fitting such a horrible company

GOOD-
-They moved our stuff

BAD-
-You MUST get moving insurance, trust me you will use it.
-Make sure you take pictures of everything.

Overall- I don't recommend this company. I suggest you find another mover — too much hassle for such a bad turnout.

I moved to San Antonio about a week ago.  While we rented a truck to drive, we were looking for someone to unload the larger items and get them upstairs. This was easy and fast to set up.  I simply filled out the quote form here and Joel called very quickly.  No drama, no fuss.  Greg and Felix showed up and cleared out that truck in less than three hours! In triple digit temperatures!They were amazing!  Thanks very much for such professional and wonderful service!

With Swift Movers, my move in day was well planned and executed. Robert and the other mover were friendly, respectful, and most importantly, swift! :-) the amount I was quoted and the amount of time it took to get the job done was accurate, and my belongings were transported with care. I appreciated working with them and I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

When I found myself invited to no longer live with my boyfriend, I contacted Swift Movers and got a response within the hour via email.  Joel also called me to follow up that same day as well.  This, and the pricing was the reason I went with them, as I hadn't any recommendations from friends.  I have to say, they were a few hours late, but when they arrived they were speedy and polite and handled my things with the utmost care.  They also waived the trip fee due to my long wait time and were extremely apologetic.I would recommend these guys for sure!!!

I had Chris, Robert and Greg and I loved their attitude! very positive amid a difficult (two houses moving to 1 house requiring 3 trips over 10 hours) - and best of all.... no surprises. The I wish I could give 5 stars only due to some heat related damage to an antique table due to plastic wrapping in hot truck. A little more care was needed for this antique. That said, I would definitely use them again, they're best I've used so far.
