We specialize in household moving, piano moving, office relocations, and rental truck loading and unloading. We have two large moving trucks, and believe that the best moving companies are small ones that focus the qualitiy of moves, not the quantity of moves. We can handle gun safes and grand piano moves, and have the proper equipment to move them. The company owner himself is one of the movers, and personally assists with the majority of the moves that the company performs.We also focus on moving prepartion through Box-Go-Round, a rolling warehouse of new and used moving boxes. We the only «green» mover that exclusively uses Box-Go-Round for all moving box orders. Box-Go-Round can come into your house, figure out what professional moving boxes you need, and deliver them for free. Plus we'll pick up your flattened boxes after you unpack, if you moved locally in San Antonio!

History

Established in 2006. Andrew Sengler was sick of cubicles. As an engineer, he hated the stillness of the day, and wanted to be outside and active. While engaged to his wife Leah, he purchased a grand piano for her to have when she moved into his home after the wedding. When it arrived, the piano mover scratched the floor, forgot the bench, and handled the piano roughly. He also charged sales tax, which was illegal in the moving industry.Andrew felt that he could move pianos better and cheaper. After coming to terms with the step of faith required to start up a business, the moving company known as Mustard Seed Moving Company was born. In 2009, in the interest of bringing their family members closer together, Andrew, Leah, and their daughter Genevieve relocated themselves to San Antonio, TX. The family is happy to have chosen San Antonio as their long-term home, and looks forward to growing Mustard Seed Moving Company to become San Antonio's best-known, most respected mover.

Andrew and his crew are amazing! Took such care in wrapping our furniture to avoid damage or scratches, and literally ran the entire time. Very friendly, professional, and definitely not afraid of work, help, or stairs. Can't say enough about our experience with them and pricing was absolutely fair. You won't be disappointed in hiring them!

This was by far the best moving experience I have had. Andrew and his guys arrived right on time (after confirming via text message and email the day before), and were careful and efficient with my belongings. Door to door 4 hour move for a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Definitely would recommend and use them again.

I recently moved into a temporary apartment and had to move again one week later. Thankfully, the second set of movers was Mustart Seed Moving Company. Andrew and his crew were so polite and professional I would like to be friends with them. They took care to get all my heavy items out of the old apartment and into the new apartment. They even re-placed items when I realized the original positioning wouldn't work with the flow of the apartment. Andrew noticed the legs of my dining table were a bit loose and took the time to tighten them so my table was stable. I'm thankful I had the opportunity to meet Andrew and his crew and recommend them to help your move go smoothly. It only takes the faith of a Mustard Seed to move mountains. I cannot recommend Andrew and his team highly enough. They confirmed the move in advance and showed up on time. They were all friendly and courteous -- I was not made to feel like an intruder in my own home as I have in the past. And they moved an entire house without so much as one casualty. Even my tall wine glasses arrived in perfect condition. I've moved a lot over the course of my career, and this was my best experience yet. The good reviews are justified. We scheduled this at the last minute and I talked briefly on the phone w Andrew before packing day, but I felt completely comfortable throughout the process, mostly because it was evident from talking to Andrew (and from the surfeit of good reviews and paucity of bad ones) that the whole operation is one of integrity and quality. Nothing broke and everything was well-organized and labeled, the latter of which is especially hard to do when you're packing yourself. I was able to unpack everything in a few hours and we were settled into our house the day after moving. I attribute this completely to the sanity of Andrew and his fellow packer's technique (sanity being had to come by when we've packed on our own) and to the increased pep in our step that came from not having passed through the physical and emotional gauntlet of packing up years of our material selves...including garbage. (With the added bonus of experiencing the hilarious incongruity of UN-packing said garbage, nestled carefully in layers of packing paper.) I've always thought of hiring a packing service as a luxury but am now convinced that it is worth every penny. Andrew is on every single packing job and is clearly a true professional. Totally recommend Mustard Seed. *Edit: I should note that I'm being flippant about the garbage. They did not actually pack real garbage. They just reasonably packed all of our belongings, including the ones we unreasonably retain.*
