Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with. The owner is unprofessional. My television was broken during the move, and I can't get her to respond in any way. Having to proceed with BBB and TXDMV complaint. Not to mention, my moving time was between 8-9 am, and they showed upat 6:30 pm. Wasted the day waiting for them and finished our move close to 3 am! The mover guys were really nice, and I feel sorry for them having to work for this lady. Run away and save yourself the headache.

The team showed up on time and expertly moved everything while taking care not to damage paint, walls, or the furniture. They didn't hesitate to move a huge wooden desk down from the second floor, onto their truck, and then up on the second floor of my new place. This humongous beast could have easily damaged a sheet rock wall, but the team managed it with ease. I would recommend them for any move.

We used Magnum Movers to move me from my 3rd floor apartment. David, Eugene, and Jaime were my moving crew last Friday 7/1. These guys worked hard and fast and were the most respectful movers I've ever used. They were careful with my things and very polite and professional. I really appreciated their work ethic. I've not yet unpacked all my boxes, but I'm fairly certain nothing was broken or damaged.The only negative: Apparently, there is an extra surcharge when not paying for your move in cash. I did not know this prior and was told at the time of making payment which I had intended to do on my credit card. They waived it as I was able to come up with about half in cash, but I would have appreciated being made aware of that when I booked my move.
