Junk King kept me notified of their schedule. When they arrived, both gentlemen were polite and helpful. They finished promptly and charged a reasonable fee. No complaints! While I hope I can avoid having this much junk in the future, should I need their services again I won't hesitate to call.

They called while enroute as promised. They were polite, quoted a price, loaded, then thanked me. They settled the bill and emailed a receipt. Polite, professional, and effective. I would recommend this service.

No worries! Mike and his crew are the best! Always willing to go above and beyond for me. The prices are great. I've never had any complains. Mike is always quick to respond and confirm my pick ups. With Junk-King I have no worries about a job getting done. Great customer service. Thank you Mike!

Hired this company to remove some debris from my business.  They called when on the way and showed up at the beginning of the two-hour appointment window which I very much appreciated.  The two men worked quickly and were polite and professional.  They did a great job.  They offer military discount also.

I actually scheduled an appointment with Junk-King online because I was moving out of a horrible apartment complex under a very horrible and quick circumstance. I decided that instead of trying to pay for a moving company, storage unit, and then cleaning company to clean the apartment (had to get out of my lease and it was up in 3 days), that why not hire Junk-King instead?First off they called to tell me when they were on the way and were very polite and friendly the whole time. They sent two men, a 20 something year old and an older one and these two guys spent from 8am-noon packing everything in my apartment; literally everything in the truck to be either donated, recycled, or trashed. Not only did the do a very thorough job but they also used common sense while doing it and did not waste time chit chatting with each other all morning. (Although, I did chit chat with them only because I felt terrible that my place looked so bad.) I would definately use this company again should I ever need to; however I hope I am never in a situation like that again. I felt bad for the two skinny guys carrying out my furniture and everything else in my 1 bedroom apartment all morning. If I had water or something I would have given it to them because I am sure they were tired by the end of it.Either way, they have my seal of approval and I really appreciate their help because I almost thought I would have to do it myself and with a uhaul which would have just cost way more.
