They packed and moved my home and so many things were very disappointing. The biggest thing was a hand-made, one of a kind mirror made by an artist that costs $10,000. The kids that were moving it first made fun of it saying, "Is this mirror made for Shaq?" So obviously they didn't think this mirror should be taken seriously. When they were carrying it in the house, one of the kids who had been lazy and complaining all day, tried to drag it in the doorway and a piece of it got stuck on the doorframe and snapped off. The kid never apologized or admitted he did anything wrong. The owners said about the kid being such a nice boy and hard worker, etc. What we saw from this kid all day was a lazy spoiled brat complaining about moving everything! We got it fixed ourselves by a friend who did a favor for us, and fixed it the best he could. It costs us a little over $200 for him to fix, so that's what was reimbursed by the owners. Now the $10,000 mirror is not an original now because of the repairs. They also packed most of our home and things were packed carelessly in my opinion. The owners were paid extra to be the ones packing and turns out when we unpacked some Christmas ornaments, there were some that had broke. They did nothing about the broken ornaments or even really seemed to care that it happened. The kids were dragging the furniture on the floor instead using a dolly at times. They dragged a dirty BBQ grill through our living room of our brand new home instead of carrying around the backyard. They left a long black mark on a white dresser and immediately denied it when I walked in and saw it. We also have giant umbrella from our patio that they refused to move because it was too heavy and they didn't want to figure out how to take it apart because it was getting late. So I had to rent a U-Haul and have a 65 year old man help me load and unload it.Instead of taking apart a baby crib since it didn't fit through the door frame, they unscrewed the actual door off the hinges to make it fit. And guess what, the door now doesn't open and close the way it did before.Boxes and packing supplies were pre-bought and we were charged for all of them, even though a lot of them weren't even used.When discussing the damages and all the complaints we had with the owners, we were "reminded" that we only had to pay what they quoted us for a certain amount of hours instead of paying the extra hours that they took. The extra hours should never even have happened because all the kids except for one of them were very lazy and took their time and took breaks. All four movers never worked all at the same time.

Wow! So painless! Everyone was so friendly in the office when I set up the appointment.  Justin and Juan were FANTASTIC! They were friendly and professional throughout the whole move. They treated all of my belongings with such care! Definitely will recommend and use again.

Do not use this company for moving. They are completely inexperienced and caused a significant amount of damage to our property. Extremely disappointed. ***UPDATE****In response to the business reply, they refused to pay for damages they know their employees caused despite their response they had no intention of "making this right".

Great big thumbs up to CHHJ! The scheduling, arrival, loading, moving and setting up was expertly done with professionalism and courtesy. These young men, James Kevin, and CJ, made our move from our home in Helotes to a new apartment much easier. They were polite and hard working young men and I will no doubt use the services of CHHJ again in the future. Thanks again Terry!

The entire process was very efficient! I called in, spoke to someone to determine my moving needs, received a quote, a follow up call to reserve the truck.  A few days before the move I received a confirmation call again.  James and Connor arrived on time, dressed professionally for moving, and handled all my items with care.  The move took longer with the elevator in my apartments and James called in an additional colleague to help unload so my time wouldn't add up much higher then I was originally quoted.  Appreciate their professionalism and efficiency.  I would recommend and use their service again.
