Can't say enough about how great these guys are. After calling around to a few different moving companies, I was so relieved to find that it doesn't have to cost a fortune to hire a five star moving company. Their customer service made the process incredibly easy, confirmed with me the day before and let me know when Chris and his team were on their way day of. The guys moved my household goods into storage in less than the time quoted, definitely plan on giving these guys a call when we're ready to move it all back!

I waited until sort of last minute to hire movers and found this company because some of the larger companies had no availability. I had an immediate response from them, which was refreshing. The woman who set me up was super helpful and gave me their pricing and time they would arrive. The guys showed up 10-15 minutes early, which was perfect! Was a supervisor and two guys.My boyfriend thought that movers would automatically try to milk the clock a bit, but these guys worked hard all the way through. We weren't completely packed, so even when you would think they would just be waiting for more to do, they stayed busy helping us so we could get it done. At the end when we were totaling out, my math was wrong and I tried to overpay by accident. The man supervising and doing my paperwork corrected my mistake (by around $100) and joked that while he liked my total more, they were Christians and would never take advantage of a situation. I thought that was pretty cool. All in all, they worked hard the entire time, got my move done faster than I expected, and even though my sister (as helpful as she is) packed my dishware and glasses without any padding or tissue, they took care and everything arrived perfectly!10/10 would use them again and have been recommending them as much as possible. I wish more companies ran their businesses this way! This is a small local company, hope they continue to do well!

If you want your things padded/protected, don't use C&L.We asked MULTIPLE times for them to pad our items. The lady over the phone said exactly that, that they would take care to wrap our furniture in padding. But they didn't, even when we asked 5+ times in person on the day of. I warned them about a very special painting in particular. I said, Could you please pad it? If you think it might be jostled at all, then just let me know, and I can take it myself. And I said that in a friendly tone; I would've legitimately just moved it myself because it cost me a lot of money for that frame/painting. But they reassured me it would be fine, even cracked a few jokes. When I saw them loading it into the truck by itself, without a covering, they reassured me again, said it would be fine because we wouldn't be driving far, that the painting was snug, and that it would be alright. SURPRISE... the painting got scuffed. On top of that my bed had tons of pieces that fell off/came apart on the truck ride over because somehow they had jostled it really badly, to the degree that bed parts broke through the screws. So good luck fixing that.If it was just the bed itself, I'd be whatever. I understand some damage comes with moves. If they had padded my painting and it still gotten scuffed, I'd be more understanding. But the fact that the woman on the phone said everything would get padded, that my roommate and I asked literally 5+ times in person and they just shrugged it off, and an extremely expensive, sentimental piece of mine got damaged in the process because of their carelessness pisses me off. The painting was hand painted on silk from Indonesia and had to have a custom built frame. You can't replace that.

C&L was absolutely awesome. They moved everything which was a lot of stuff extremely quick and they took great care of my things. I will definitely be using them again and would recommend them to everyone.
