Fantastic customer service, professional moving crew, and perfectly outlined schematics. Our move was on schedule and our movers were on point. Better Movers came on time and worked quickly. They explained the steps they take for safety, and what they could do to help save time as well. The movers treated are belongings with care, and placed them exactly where requested quickly. They had a great deal available through Yelp, so don't forget to buy that.They also helped us move the day before Thanksgiving. Highly recommend!

The service quality of this company is excellent. They made my move-out from Austin as smoothly as possible after I was done with finals. I never would have been able to assemble carry all those boxes on my own, especially when the parking area was so far away from my apartment complex. I was quickly settled back home with the help of these gentlemen, and I couldn't be more satisfied. I definitely recommend this company, and I will definitely request their assistance next time I go back to UT.

These guys certainly deserve more than 5 stars!Jeremy and his team came in and were very professional from the get go. Very communicative, very respectful, fantastic all around. They came in and looked at all the rooms to see what was being transported so that they were aware of what needed to be put in the truck first, that in itself was pretty impressive. These were humble, nice, respectful guys and we couldn't ask for a more successful experience with movers. They are highly recommended by us.Another impressive thing was the fact that they broke down and set up EVERYTHING that needed it and did so like if it were their own belongings. Kudos to you and your team, thanks a million!

Woah better movers, should be renamed to Best Movers! These guys are the the absolute best. I think this is the fourth or fifth time I have used Better movers to help my sons move out of their college dorms and wow has it been such an excellent experience. The customer service was extremely reliable just like before. I really see these guys really caring about my valuables. They understand that moving is important and that your stuff is important and fragile. I called ahead and got the same quote i've gotten with all of my sons. These guys are fast, reliable and professional. Not to mention they save me a buck or two.
