Last month my roommate and I had an odd situation from moving a one bedroom apt and a storage unit into a 3rd floor 2bed apt. No friends or family able to help that week because of bad timing and availability. Austin Energy had even shut off our electricity on wrong day at the old place so we had no power on the last day before or during move. We didn't feel prepared, and were exhausted...we were a mess. Then Shane and Rene come to the rescue at 9am sharp! They went above and beyond to get our odd shaped (and some very big) furniture into place. They were calm and calmed us down but a lot of fun at the same time. Shane even helped us with furniture placement in our rooms when they moved the bedrooms, so now our rooms look amazing. Shane and Rene are great guys, I guess that means Apple Moving must hire the best because the other reviews say the same! Thanks guys, I hope you'll want to move me and my giant studio desk again next time! :) Tip: When on the phone getting quote, be as detailed as you possibly can about the amount of furniture/boxes and size of each. Will make the process smoother.

Horrible company, not trustworthy, no reliable employees, late, and I was not comfortable with them in my home. Too ghetto for me. No thanks stay clear from them.

Where do I even begin? I am writing this review to help protect the furniture and belongings of anyone else in the San Antonio area who is moving. The packers were not only arguing with each other and being obnoxious but they completely trashed our stuff. This is AFTER they showed up close to an hour late. We provided snacks and beverages and let them blast their awful music while they worked hoping to build a rapport so they would be a little more cautious packing our stuff. **** broken glassware, moving tape and stickers pressed firmly onto WOOD furniture which when removed stripped the polished surface because of the adhesive, severely scratched and dented motorcycle, broken awards, torn leather couches, legs completely broken off of our ottoman and dresser, BLUE PEN AND SHARPIE on my tan couch cushions and a nightstand that looks like it's been sanded down due to whatever it was wrapped in, oh and since when do round wreaths lie flat in a square box???***** can't wait to hang my square wreaths. Completely disappointed and I plan to claim every single broken item. DO NOT let this company pack your belongings. I literally do not have one good thing to say.

I was very happy with my experience with Apple Moving! The amount of stuff I needed to move varied from what I had estimated, but they were happy to accommodate. Joe H. and Josh S. were really nice and did a great job! The price was comparable to what I looked at for other companies, so I was happy with that. Thanks, guys!

A HUGE thank you to Mike & Key for helping my move "go with the flow"! Not only were they friendly, fast, and prepared...they were SUPER AFFORDABLE! I hope I never have to move again, but if I do...I will call Apple!Mike & Key...you guys are amazing! Thank you for taking good care of the Antique hutch and saying goodbye to Rico, my chihuahua, by his name! Wow!
