move scheduled for May 19 cancelled due to rain.  Rescheduled for two days later but still paid the weekday rate, which was a bit lower.  Victor is an excellent, careful mover..  He was accompanied by Alex and Brian and between them, I had an excellent move.  A small snafu at the end when they left before putting the top on an armoire, which also lost a couple of pieces of wood during the move.  Those things aside, they were fantastic...very efficient, absolutely no wasted time, just consummate professionals.

If I could give zero stars I would. I booked this move and was called a week in advance to confirm. I never received a call the day before to confirm the move so I called the company 8 am on the day of my move to ensure we were a go as I had to be out of the house. Jasmine was very rude and said I never called to confirm it. I explained I had an email saying it was booked and had been in communication with Mike. She didn't seem like she really cared about my situation. I am 8 months pregnant scrambling to find another moved on a Saturday as my house is closing. Unless you like stress, book with another company.

San Antonio - DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! We were scheduled for noon this afternoon. I didn't receive a phone call until 12:30 stating that their job was running over and they weren't going to be able to make it until about 4:00pm. Not a big deal things happen I understand. Received another phone call around 4:00pm stating that they probably won't be able to make it to our house today if they did it would be around 8:30pm! That is absolutely unsat in my book. 8.5hours after we're scheduled to move and they don't even know if they can make it? So I asked about doing it the following morning and the guy told me we would be the first clients they come to in the morning and his office would call to set it up. So I called the office right after to make sure everything is good for tomorrow and they said they can't do it until next week. The lady basically said they overbooked us and didn't have the crews to follow through with their clients. So instead of making us top priority for the following day since we had our move planned out for today, they put us on the back burner and lost a client. Once again I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this company for your next move.

They called when they were on the way, which gave me 40 minutes warning. They arrived 30 minutes ahead of the original schedule. My 1 bedroom apartment was packed up and moved to my new house in under two hours.  They bring packing wrap and tape and work quickly. The team I had communicated well with me about what I wanted to be taken and where I wanted it placed. They apparently will come and pack for you, but I recommend having everything packed up before they show up so that you're move will be as quick and cost effective as possible.

Great service. Hardworking and helpful. We have used these folks two times. Two years ago and again two days ago. Scheduling was easy over the web. You fill out a short survey. Was contacted by email a few hours later and quickly had a confirmed day and time. 3-person team and a 24 ft truck for our situation. They arrived on time and worked hard from 8:00am-5:00pm. Very pleased both times they moved our belongings. Great, honest company.
