Flat Price Moving & Auto Shipping

This was my first time using a shipping company so I researched the top four rated on Yelp to inquire about transporting my car from CA to TX. I got quotes from each one and ended up choosing Flat Price Moving, even though they were just below most expensive, and here's why. Ultimately my decision was based on the reviews and reputation of the company, how responsive the company was, and their customer service level. I picked Flat Price Moving because they out-shined the other companies in these areas. For instance, Frank Feldesi was responsive and timely with all of his communications; he was patient and answered all of my numerous questions; and he was honest about the rates and what to expect. My car was delivered in great condition, it was picked up on time, and it was delivered on time - no issues. The driver, Raznan, was just as impressive. He kept in contact with me about the pickup and my son about the delivery,  and he also demonstrated great customer service. I absolutely recommend this company.  Thumbs up. PS. I am still waiting to hear back from a couple top-rated companies on answers to my questions...

Flat Price Moving is awesome! They showed up 5 minutes early and had the truck fully loaded and unloaded in under three hours. They even dropped off a couple stuff we didn't want at no extra charge.They were up front on the price, which wasn't the cheapest, but I got the best move possible. No damages to our belongings and they always kept great communication with us. Use them!

This was our first time ever to ship a vehicle. We didn't know what to do and we were in a panic mode because we had so little time. There were so many horrible stories on internet and we were scared to ship our car. We searched through many companies and when we called Flat Price auto shipping, Mr. Hank Lombardi very professionally walked us through step by step and provided an excellent service. We were able to reserve a spot immediately and we were relieved. Whenever when we had any concerns or questions, Mr. Hank Lombardi answered our calls right away and very kindly explained everything one by one with his great patience. Once the vehicle got pick up, the 18 wheeler driver Robert kept us posted each day where he was driving across. Robert gave us enough notice and when he said our vehicle would arrive at our condo parking lot on a certain day on a certain time, he was indeed punctual. And most importantly, our vehicle arrived on time in an intact condition. I'm so glad we found this company and the service couldn't be better.

I wanted to give a shout out to the Flat Price Moving and Auto shipping team. I recently moved in Jan, and this was the first time using professional movers. The guys were really nice, walked me through the process, were very careful with our things, and got the job done extremely quickly (less than that they quoted). The  movers had a lot of experience and even keep us laughing during the day, and were all positive, while they were working away. great crew, I highly recommend.

We recently moved and I am so glad we hired Flat Price Moving & Auto Storage! We were equally delighted with all employees.. Overall very satisfied. Our belongings were well packed, moved with caution, and our interaction with their staff was first class. We will recommend to any of our friends who would need a moving company that knows how to work professionally. Yelp on.
