I've used these movers 4 times and will continue to do so as long as I'm in SA! Gabe always calls several days ahead of time to set-up my move-in date and will call a couple more times on move-in day to confirm. He was flexible with my timing due to my drive from Houston and there have never been any communication issues. My most recent move was probably the most arduous since the distance from my U-Haul trailer to my apartment unit is a bit of a walk and Gabe & Derek had to use the elevator every time. Plus, the heat and humidity were no joke! However, they always remained calm and professional and worked diligently, efficiently, and carefully throughout the entire time. Also, Gabe helped me arrange my furniture, set up my bed frame and box spring, and checks in a few hours later to make sure everything went smoothly. He always goes above and beyond!

Okay, these people are freaking amazing! I hired them through the U-Haul company, but if you can call them directly and schedule an appointment I'm sure they would appreciate that as well. They were flexible and accommodating to my schedule even when I changed times on them three times! Professional and prompt, they really helped ease my stress over moving. Oh, and they finished helping me move everything in the allotted 2 hours! Highly recommend them for your moving needs!!

DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. Least reliable  and most dishonest people I have ever dealt with. Never called to schedule exact time and confirm when I originally booked through U-Haul, so I finally just decided to call them a week before the move. Booked for Friday at 3:30, and they never showed. Finally got ahold of Gabe who said he made a mistake and put it on the wrong day in his calendar. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, since everyone makes mistakes, and rescheduled for the next day between 8am and 8:30am. He promised that either him or Derek would call when they were on their way. No one showed, no one called, and they refuse to answer the phone or call me back. I am moving out of state and have a 15 hour drive ahead of me. I have to be at work in the city I'm moving to on Monday, and this has now delayed me at least 24 hrs. No way I make it in time. This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a moving company, and they obviously do not care about their customers. How the heck they have such a high rating on here is beyond me. They must have a lot of friends providing fake reviews.

These guys were AWESOME! I booked through u-haul and was very concerned about them showing as it was a Labor Day weekend move. The owner communicated directly to me, confirmed all arrival times and was very communicative about their status. They showed up on time, did an extremely great job despite our own disorganized state and were extremely detailed and professional in how they dealt with our belongings and U.S. I have to move again in May and will call them directly. I highly recommend!!!!

These guys were AMAZING! I was moving from out of state and didn't know anyone here to help me move. But 1st Priority Movers came and gave me a great start on my new move! They were not only friendly and efficient, they were very affordable. It was well worth what we paid for all the work they did for us! I have A LOT of heavy books and they moved them with no trouble to the third floor. They helped me set up my furniture (and then rearrange my furniture when I changed my mind) all the while never getting frustrated or annoyed with me. I don't normally leave reviews but these guys were so great, I just had to write a good one for them! You won't go wrong with 1st Priority Movers!
