I used WG Moving and Storage to receive and deliver furniture for a client.  The furniture was safely received and set up and they helped me meet a very tight schedule when they really did not have to.  Mike in the warehouse was very helpful.

This guy is a crook. He claimed he had all our items received to his warehouse then, magically, several thousands of dollars worth of items were lost or "never arrived." (He literally stated in an email that he had everything listed) To make matters worse, one of our chairs had a massive stain on it that had to be fixed by a professional and his card was declined when one of his employees tried to use it. His employees say he is a crook and that we are not the first to be swindled. After confrontation with him, he only reimbursed one item (there were thousands of dollars worth of items missing- over 3k). He will not respond to you unless you actually catch him at the warehouse.  As another reviewer said, you will have to call the police or sue in order to resolve your issue. Bottom line, do NOT use this warehouse.

Working with LEONARD and WHITE GLOVE has been this single most unprofessional and WORST experience I have ever had with any business.Back in March I hired White Glove to move a computer armoire into my second floor study.  They needed to lift it over my balcony so they charged me $800 to rent a lift. For $800 and the weight of my armoire, I expected to see a hydraulic lift.  Instead they showed up with a manual hand crank lift.  When they got the armoire almost to the balcony, the cable on the lift broke, my armoire fell and was badly damaged.  I was very nice about the incident.  I was glad they no body was hurt and tipped all of the guys.Leonard's first suggestion was to see if we could have the armoire fixed.  He said he new someone to send it to.  I waited about three weeks and Leonard never followed up with me. I called to check on the status.  First, calling his office and leaving a message with the receptionist.  Leonard never called back.  Then I sent him an email, Leonard never responded.  Then I texted him, he never responded.  Then I called the office again. Leonard didn't return my call but finally texted me and said he had been out at his lake house and texting him was best.  He said the person he sent the armoire to couldn't fix it but he would send it to another place. They couldn't fix it either.  The only way to resolve the issue was to reimburse me for the armoire. After several more weeks of hearing nothing, I started the futile task again of trying to reach Leonard.  He finally sent me an copy of an email to his insurance company about the reimbursement.  I respond that my claim wasn't with their insurance company, my claim was with White Glove.  That was about five months ago and was the last time Leonard ever responded to me.                      It has been NINE MONTHS now and after multiple attempts to contact Leonard to find out the status of my reimbursement and have gotten nowhere. I have left messages for Leonard, texted Leonard, emailed Leonard and nothing.  Leonard has never once reached out to me to let me know what is going on and is now avoiding all of my attempts to find out the status of my reimbursement.Now, after nine months, I am no further along than when I started.  I have to hire an attorney and sue Leonard and White Glove. Please don't use this company!!!! You will regret it.

Hired Leonard to transport items from Houston to Dallas. Very unprofessional from the beginning & I should have known better.  My antique Baker table arrived with 2 broken legs.  Promised to make it right- 6 months later finally settled with his insurance company after months of aggravation.  Absolutely do not use this company!!!! Name suggests top notch service & they definitely did not deliver!!!!!!

This is a company that should not be taken seriously. The driver of one of their trucks cut me off in traffic forcing me out of my lane and almost into other vehicles, what happened after is what infuriated me. The driver flicked me off and started yelling at me through his mirror.At that point I decided to call and complain. I spoke to a dispatcher. Minutes later the same driver picked up his phone, presumably to speak to the person I spoke with, and he and his partner start pointing and laughing. If you want your stuff safe and not in the hands of childish immature fools who don't take what they do seriously, and have some sort of system of accountability, don't use this company.
