My 1st time moving long distance, what a great experience, the lady I spoke with was right, she said not to worry about anything Will take care of everything they sure did and she was right..The cool thing about it she kept me up-to-date where they were, how much longer, the movers themselves were very nice guys..I recommend highly!Paul H

Hello Nicole, I am sending this letter to you and your staff on behalf of me and my family. If you remember, I was nervous about making my move to D.C.. You assure me that your company would take care of everything. You proved to be a woman of your word. Every aspect of the move was handled professionally and courteously. I appreciate your patience and understanding of my time line of relocating for my new job. It was extremely time consuming negotiating the time line for my new position. I am not sure how your company allow me to move 4 days earlier but you made it happen and with that said I am not sure how we would of done it. My Son got to enroll for summer classes with Georgetown University while I got an extra 2 weeks to get my new home in order before starting my new position with the Children's National Health System. Truly a blessing for me and my family to have these opportunities and with the help of you and your staff you have all made this happen as a team. I can't say enough for the professionalism and I must emphasize what a great team of guys you had move us, they were hard working, efficient, careful,  and barely stopped for a minute. Thanks to your expert packing and help with moving all the heavy items and the hard work it took to pack my 4200 SQ FT house. Your business office made the financial end a breeze and the price of the entire packing, and moving was very reasonable. I would like to thank Lisa very much for getting my furniture to me today.I know with Hurricane Harvey and all the devastation they had in the city she managed to get my things out on Wednesday and has it delivered here to Omaha Nebraska in two days. I would also like to thank Mike, Jose and Daniel for delivering all of my things. I had no damage to any of my items and appreciate their hard work. The most hardest working guys great company. I highly recommend them...

Very quick to respond: needed movers last-minute and emailed several moving companies one night, after business hours. I had a response from by the time I woke up the next morning, I called and spoke with Lisa with US Van Line and together we carefully went through my items I had in my home and in my storage.We both knew Hurricane Harvey was coming, but I was given a new opportunity in California and I didn't want to miss out on advancing my career.  Lisa sent someone out to do an onsite estimate and that price remained the same from beginning to end.  No extra fees are hidden charges.I had 2 guys show up to my place Mike and Daniel they work late into the evening to shrink wrap my collectables and antique's they never complained,  I had a two-story home and they called more help which arrived with an hour to get the home completely packed and ready for pickup.The very next day I met them at my storage unit they did the same thing they carefully packed up my items and set them back into storage. I received a call from Lisa on Tuesday before the Hurricane  and she informed me she could get my things out of storage and my home by Thursday morning that is one day prior to the Hurricane Harvey making land fall. I couldn't believe it  I had to leave by 2pm on Thursday and they managed to show up at my resident by 6:30am my home and storage was on the truck by 11:45 am giving me time to get to the airport  to fly out to California.My things made it to my home within 10 days and I was told it would take 10-14 days before I would receive it and I got it in 10 days.  I have no words to describe this company with everything going on in the city and people looking for gas and grocery stores selling out of merchandise people are scrambling to get things together before the Hurricane makes land fall it was amazing they came through.I didn't let a bad review or two stop me from going with this company, and I will never forget them for doing this move for me. I never once asked these guys if they were prepared for the Hurricane if they boarded their homes or got last minute things to get them through the storm and I felt bad for not asking,  these are people who have families and they put their job first just to be sure I would get my things within the 10-14 day time frame.All I can is Prompt, Professional, and did an amazing job!

I moved from Texas to Florida, This is my second move out of state, and my previous move was horrible, so I was a little nervous about this one.  I must say that once the movers came into my home and started working, I felt at ease, they were very professional. They wrapped my furniture, and made a straight delivery to my home in Florida withing 3 days, and everything came in perfect shape.  Thank you US Van Lines, I will recommend  you highly.
