Trash N Dash Total Trash Service

I've used trash and dash twice, and both times the guys were professional, kind and quick.  I'd recommend them over anybody else.  I was told 8-10,  and hoping they'd show up early and they did,  7:30.  Really like those guys,  all 4 of them.

After researching trash hauling companies and seeing commercials on television, I came to Yelp to read reviews.  After reading the reviews and learning that Trash N Dash was a local, minority-owned business, I decided to call...oops, it was outside of normal business hours, so I requested a quote online.  I had a response the following business day, but I still had questions as I had never worked with such companies before, so I decided to call anyway.  I spoke with Brent and he was very patient and explained the process with me.  Of course, I wanted to know about pricing and he explained how that worked, but I still had questions, in which he answered.    So far, so good! I booked my appointment to have some items removed from my mom's house.  My appointment was this morning.  I received my call, informing me that they were en route with an estimated arrival time.  They arrived and both gentleman greeted me with their names and handshakes.  I explained the goal of my project and walked them in.  They presented me with the quote...and we are ready to roll!  My 70+ year old mother was present and both gentlemen were VERY patient and UNDERSTANDING with her as these items all contained memories...but needed to go.  During the process, they were friendly and we would often laugh as we were taking things out to the truck.  I did NOT have to help, but I am the type that helps out when I see people working.  Once everything was in/on the truck, the guys swept the area clean.  Trash N Dash is VERY reasonably priced!  I plan on calling them out AGAIN, for my next project, with hopes that I can get my same guys.  I am horrible with names, but I think they were Keion and Calvin.

Prompt, professional, courteous, and fast. Ken and Brandon did great work making ten years' worth of junk disappear from my garage. Paid by credit card on the spot with their iPad, got an immediate emailed receipt. All told, cost less than an equivalent storage unit for six months.Getting rid of all this stuff would've been a huge relief by itself. These gentlemen made it magic.

Online scheduling was easy and they showed up on time, but when it comes to billing they messed up their own promotional 10% discount.  Instead of taking off 10% they took off 0.10%.  It's a simple mistake in using their billing iPad app but I would expect a reputable company to respond to a customer when they point out that mistake.  They have not responded to my request to fix their billing mistake in several days.About a week later I received a call from the owner - very polite.  He said he spotted the issue in the payment system and would figure out the remedy after contacting them (since it's the first time this issue has happened).  About an hour later I had the discrepancy credited back to my account.  Good customer service when we were finally able to connect - I'm leaving my review here to show they fixed the problem.
