Wonderful service all around.  I would refer this moving company to my family member and friends; professional in aspects.  Coordinator and movers were friendly; and took great care of planning my move and my personal belongings.  Nothing but great things to say about this company.  Reliable, economical & again I can't emphasize how professional they were.  Thanks Saddath!!!

Let me start by saying that Trease Sinclair, who is a move consultant at Suddath, is absolutely incredible. She was extremely responsive to me and was always answering the phone and helping me out when absolutely no other member at Suddath would. I would recommend her a hundred times over.Unfortunately, I cannot say that about any other member of this company. Other than Trease's visit to my apartment for a quote and the phone conversations I had with her, every other experience I had was terrible. I was informed my movers would arrive between 8-10 am, but they did not show up until 11:45. According to them, they were scheduled for a 9-11 arrival and they "didn't know who would tell me 8-10" (which means they were still late). I believe it was one of the movers first day on the job, because he had no idea what he was doing and his partner had to explain everything to him. The whole process of moving one bed and 10 boxes (an EXTREMELY small move) took 2 hours and fifteen minutes.For the next 10 days that my belongings were in transit, I received minimal communication from my moving coordinator. I think I received maybe one or two calls from her, but mostly it was me doing the reach out to find out about delivery and status, etc. A couple of days before my delivery was scheduled I called my move coordinator to ask a question about certificates of insurance, and it turns out she was on vacation. Nobody told me she would be gone during my move nor did they tell me who would be backing her up in her place. Thanks to Trease I found that out, but it turns out my new move coordinator was at a 3 hour time difference (behind) me, so communicating with her was also difficult and she was generally unresponsive.I had made it very clear from the very beginning and restated several times, that my delivery had to be at a certain time to reserve my apartment elevator. On the day of my move, I learned that my movers were 3 hours behind schedule, therefore going to miss the reservation. I asked that they call them to reiterate how important it was to be on time, but for the next 3 hours they were UNREACHABLE by telephone. They did not answer from anyone at United or Suddath, and we had no idea where they were. I find it absolutely ridiculous that no one could get a hold of them.They arrived two hours late, and while they were quick and efficient while unloading and reassembling my bed, I did notice later that my floor lamp was broken. They were very nice and courteous, but I could not let go of the fact that they did not answer anyone's phone calls to find a status of their arrival. During this time, I had been calling back and forth with interim move coordinator. However, since she was three hours behind, I went for three hours without being to speak to her at a very critical time. I couldn't get anyone else on the phone besides Trease.I had scheduled to give my check upon delivery, but the men delivering my move said they couldn't take my check and they weren't sure what I was talking about. Now a week later, it has become my responsibility to mail the check in. In summary, Suddath sucks. Spend the extra hundred dollars and go with Bekin. Maybe they'll care about you.

The Suddath team was incredible. They worked very hard to get the job done, and that was no easy feat given our freezer challenge. I'm so glad I found you guys for this project!
