History

Established in 2007. In 2007 we decided to move our families to Texas. It was a great migration. We packed up everything (including the pasture), buckled in the kids (because it's the law) and settled in the beautiful hill country of Austin, TX.The move led us to develop the Art of Mooving. It's a new way to get you and your belongings from here to there in a pleasant, fun, safe and satisfying way. Our Texas movers aren't temps or subs, they're people we know and trust. We pack our own trucks, so your stuff is in the same capable hooves from start to finish.In January of 2012, we are proud to say that we have expanded our pastures and have opened our Houston Square Cow Moover location. Located on the North side of Spring, we are now serving Houston with our unsurpassed service for local and long distance Mooving.

Holy " cow" lol this place is wonderful! They went so far above and beyond! We had a long distance move and charged us a flat rate, we even stored the moving truck with them for a couple of days! The movers were so professional and had the best manners! Everything got moved very securely and was protected very well. They even put our furniture back together in a delicate manner. The price blew so many other companies away! This place is the best in Texas! Thank you for a wonderful job!

Just finished utilizing the services of Square Cow Moovers approximately an hour ago. Specifically Ryan, Will and Jesus. I cannot praise them enough. They were prompt, polite, proficient and... can't think of a "P" word for speedy. Regardless, they were careful with our belongings, careful with the apartment and careful with our new home. If I moved often, and thank GOD I don't, I'd be employing the services of Square Cow Moovers. They took a stressful event and made so much not so. Their rates are great and the service impeccable. If anyone asks me about a good moving company, I'll be pointing them your way, Square Cow.

I'm glad I chose Square Cow to help me with my 3rd move in three years. The two-man team were professional and even fixed a broken drawer in my son's chest of drawers. All items were wrapped and protected, and the job was done quickly and efficiently. Hopefully I'll never have to move again, but if I do I'll use Square Cow again.

I was scheduled for an 8 am delivery and I was aware that the clock started when they left the shop which was 30 minutes away. I get a call at 8:27 from the lead lover Gilbert that he was in my apartment complex I asked him if he needed directions he said no that he was almost to my building. The strange part is that my building was right by the gate. After 15 minutes I call him back and he's at the apartment complex next door with a totally different address! I finally see them and they arrive in a Penske truck! I had to wait for them to make their way back and come next door. Rodney the guy that was driving needed a lot of assistance to park so another 10 minutes wasted. They finally are done and Gilbert asks to view what they will be moving. I had all boxes in 1 room and the furniture in an assembly line. I was super organized! They even commented how organized I was. By the time they started loading because they needed to move the truck again it was 9 am! 1 hour wasted on my dime! The stopped and consulted on every moving decision and I had to help them several times! Finally load everything into the truck! I tell them hey guys you can follow me Gilbert responded no we have your address. Ok, I start pulling out and they drive in the opposite direction took them an additional 15 minutes to get to my new home. I had to call them again and see where they were. Additional time on my dime! I had to tell my husband to the legs off of my couch because they kept trying to force it in. They stained my couch and ripped it. Gilbert the lead mover mentioned how tired he was from his 10 hour job the day before. It was as a mess! It felt as thought the quoted me for 5 hours that's what they were going to bill no matter what!

Our move was from Houston, TX to Austin, TX, which occurred on May 10th and 11th, 2017. This was undoubtably the smoothest, hassle free move we have ever experienced. The loading crew on 5/10 included: Andre, Dom, Carlos, Javier and Joseph and the delivery crew the next day included Andre and Dom.During the packing phase on Wednesday, we also experienced a visit from the Company Mascot (Dom's brother) who brought us cupcakes and a special cookie. All of the movers provided polite, efficient service and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Square Cow Moovers to anyone who is currently contemplating a move.
