If you're looking for a sign, here it is: FIND A BETTER, MORE PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. Continue to read for an honest non-karin like real review from someone who's done this more times than she wants to count as I have attend college and have moved professionally like a career from Alaska to FL and everywhere in between.
*Could have been WAY better* are the words that will haunt me. Although they did agree to work on a Sunday on a holiday weekend and they arrived on time, they did take a long break (which they assured me they didn't charge me for) off premise to a gas station which took 3x longer than I ever expected. I have moved from sea to shining sea before- from VA to AK to TX, using professional movers multiple times and the move from one house in Katy to another 15 mins away with this company has been the worst. So much wasted time on frivolous things, they did not unwrap or take plastic off 35% of furniture, I have now found 4 or maybe 5 broken items/pieces of furniture, one of which is an antique from the late 1800's which i expressed to all 3 workers that this was EXTREMELY delicate and fragile and needs to be handled with care, therefore this is why I've decided to write this review to warn others before foolishly hiring them... because, now, it makes more sense why they rushed off after charging me $1k to move a 3 bedroom home which 1/4th of it was already moved. The smallest move I've ever made when it comes to hiring "professionals" (as i use that term extremely loosely) and this was by far the worst experience as they do not care about your items; They will stack your stuff up however they choose and they do not care what could get ruined and it shows. Hindsight, I would have singlehandedly moved myself and I probably should have if I wasn't a single mom battling cancer. I would NOT hire these guys ever again. It has zero to do with the cost and everything to do with the unprofessionalism that continues to rear its ugly head every time I find one more thing they messed up on and/or broke. I digress, if you were looking for a sign, here it is: FIND A BETTER, MORE PROFESSIONAL COMPANY THAT CARES ABOUT THE CLIENT AND THE PRECIOUS CARGO.

Robert and his crew moved us from Clear Lake Shores, TX to Ocean Springs MS. Can’t recommend a moving company more highly. They went above and beyond to accommodate us by securing an extra trailer to the back of the moving truck in order to include everything we had to move. They did such a wonderful job at disassembling, wrapping, securing, moving and reassembling our grand piano. We moved this piano several times and this is the only time it has not required tuning after a move. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!! Moving is extremely stressful, however Robert and his crew go out of their way to accommodate and make it as stress free as possible. You will not be disappointed with this company. If you are moving, Prestige movers should be your only call. Thanks, Robert. Ya’ll were GREAT!!!!!!!

I have utilized Roberto's services twice and both times have been efficient, easy, and very reasonably priced. If you are looking for an honest, hardworking crew of people to help you move your belongings, I would not look elsewhere. When I moved to New York, Roberto and his crew even chased away some stranger trying to sneak onto the truck to steal my TV (...lol). There have never any hidden fees or nasty surprises, which I am grateful for. The amount you agree on is the amount you pay (but I always make sure to leave a tip because of how professional and careful they are with my things). I have found that the best way to contact Roberto is via Yelp messaging or texting. Either way, he is very responsive. If they are in your area and available for the time of your move, I would highly recommend choosing these guys.

Robert responded to my request for a quote within the hour. Rather than reply with a cut and paste, pre-written, general quote like other companies, he asked detailed questions and even asked for a picture. I had a single item that needed to be moved from the third to the first floor, thru an awkward hallway. He quoted me a flat price rather than the usual hourly rate with a 3 hr minimum like the several other movers I requested quotes from. His price was fair. He was timely. He and his companion were highly skilled and extremely efficient. I would definitely use their service again.

Hired Roberto and his team to move the contents of a large POD unit from South Houston to my home in West University Place.They showed up on time, got to work immediately, were careful, quick and really knew what they were doing.  I felt comfortable with them immediately....good guys and hard workers that really "know their stuff".....no wasted time or motion.Carefully moved all POD contents to their truck, drove to my home and unloaded and moved everything where I wanted it to go.....not a nick or a scratch on anything!Great service, polite, hard working, very reasonable price structure and extremely careful with my things.  I was nervous at first, but after a few minutes, I knew I'd made the right choice!  I will use these gentlemen again in the future....they really are the best I've seen.Call Roberto and get "FIrst Class Service" at a fair price!Five Stars for sure!Bobby Dees
