Do not. I repeat do not use this company! The owner Marcus is a rude and a con man. I've used him for multiple moves before and I had been happy with the service. They use to show up on time and would complete the job in a timely manner. I recommend them to 3 different friends in the last year and they all said the same thing. They didn't show up on time and broke several items. Against my better judgment, I decided to continue to support the business. Huge mistake. I was originally going to move on one date but was not going to be able to make it to Houston in time. So I text Marcus and asked if I could move to the next day or I would just cancel and go with someone else. He responded that he already had someone to move for that time and that he would have to ask the person if they can move early. 3 min later (awful quick) he responds ok they will be there around noon.

3 pm they arrive and it's not even Marcus and the movers that have moved me in the past. It took them 2 hours to move me out. I've gotten rid of half my stuff in preparing for this move. When I moved in it took 2 Mexicans 1 hour to move me in. The guys started at 315pm and finished at 5. Putting us in 5 pm Houston traffic. It took me 1 hour and a half to drive 30 min plus I had to stop on the office and drop off my keys. It took them 2 hours. I called Marcus to ask if I had to pay for 2 hours worth of driving since they should have been there at noon. He was so rude. Told me I was trying to get out of paying and that he never said noon, he said afternoon and he could not control HOUSTON traffic or weather. He also stated " you know those guys are independent contractors right? I don't control what they do"

What should have been a 400$ job ended up being 800$ plus I was nice enough to give them a 100$ tip.

The movers were awesome and very nice, the business is crap. If I could give them 0 stars I would!

Used this company from Rooms To Go suggestion, which was the WORST decision I could have ever made. Spoke with the scheduling person and agreed upon delivery time frame of 10AM-12PM, but of course the day of the delivery they said that we were placed from 1-5PM timeframe, which was inconvenient at that point because my work schedule was depending on the promised time.
When the movers arrived at 3PM the owner quickly demanded money and a signature for the delivery before anything was verified or even unloaded. The owner was rude when trying to explain that paying before verifying that everything was present and in good shape was not the normal experience from any previous moving company, which he replied "do not compare me to other moving companies." He quickly began to threaten to take our furniture back to the store and that he could refuse to unload our furniture. He even went as far as staring back and forth and me and my husband asking who was the person that he should be speaking to even though I was clearly asking him questions.The owner was the most unprofessional person that you could ever do business with! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent moving company! Everyone from the movers to the manager was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process! Would highly recommend Precise Moving to anyone!

When scheduling the delivery of furniture kept telling them a Thursday, and they kept asking how about the Wednesday.  Kept going back and forth telling them it needs to be the Thursday.  They said ok and thought all was well.  However the next day which was the Wednesday got a call from the delivery people in the truck saying they were at my house.  So even though the person on the phone said ok we can do Thursday they had no intention of keeping that and just did it whenever they wanted to.  I had to rush home from work because these jerks didn't care.Worst delivery/moving company ever came across.
