I am a teacher, and have been for over 5 years. Therefore, I have a ton of stuff! Point2Point Crowded House moved me yesterday. They showed up early with smiles on their faces and did an amazing job. They were professional and quick. They even took the time to wrap several of my items without me even asking them to did it. I couldn't have been more pleased! I would use them again and again and recommend them to any and everyone!!! Thank you P2P Crowded House.

This was one of the worst customer service experience of my life!! I had a family emergency and needed to move my moving date up. I called point to point to see if they could assist. At first they were very accommodating saying they had an opening the next day, they gave me a quote and I told them I would call back shortly to confirm the move. When I called back a second time the first gentleman  said that because the move was being expedited I would have to put a deposit equivalent to 75% of the move down beforehand. I was a little confused about this but continued along with the process. However, the gentleman didn't process the original quote and he didn't know what it was. He ask if they could call me back which was fine. 30 minutes later the gentleman call back and asked me why I needed to move so quickly. I explained to the gentleman I had a death in the family and was leaving a day before the actual move out day. After he insulting my intelligence by telling me it would take a two man crew 4 hours to move a sectional, mattress and about 10 boxes; he then made the assumption I was lying and I was being evicted because of my urgency to move and said I now had to put the full amount down before they even show up. I was willing to compromise and put down a deposit but didn't think the total amount was fair. This is a sensitive time for me and my family and this gentleman tried to a advantage of it. I found another company that sent their condolences and fit me in to their schedule. I WILL NEVER USE this company!!!!!!They get 0 stars from me...1 star was the default.

I called at 3 pm to have a refrigerator moved from the garage inside the house.  They were at my house in Oak Forest at 3:20 pm and gave me a 30% discount  for being an Oak Forest resident! The delivery guys were nice and professional. It was a miracle to get this fridge into place. They never once acted frustrated or complained - I was frustrated just watching! I only had one item moved but I would certainly feel comfortable with them moving my entire home. Thank you for the great experience!!!!

The real deal when it comes to professional moving companies! They are known as the "high end" moving company, however, their prices are very reasonable and worth every penny!  We had a bad experience two years ago with Max Movers when they put a 9 foot scratch in our new hardwood floors and then would not pay to fix it.  This time around, we used Point 2 Point after hearing a few great recommendations from friends.  They were absolutely the best! They sent two supervisors out the day before our move to see exactly what we were taking.  From this visit, they estimated the number of trucks, number of men and number of days needed to complete the move.  They also promised us that they would do the move between 9-6, rather than working until midnight (like Max Movers did!). My priority was getting my kids rooms up and running first, and Point to Point listened to my concerns and did exactly what we had asked for. They also quoted pricing with and without packing services (because we HATE packing!), and the price for their boxes was actually less than what you would pay at Home Depot and UHaul.  They did a great job of moving all of our things.  They wrapped all items carefully and even hauled away all the empty boxes.  I will ALWAYS use Point to Point from here on out!  We were completely happy with their services from start to finish.  The supervisor even showed up both days to see how things were going and help the guys with furniture assembly.  I should also mention that the movers were completely professional. No one was hungover! Everyone spoke english, everyone was on the same page about our priorities.  They put all the boxes in the right rooms, and even switched furniture around on the second day when I changed my mind several times on what went where. They were really a great crew!  Highest recommendation possible from us!!

Point2Point did a first rate job of moving my family and I into our new home. Their rates were fair and their movers were on time, fast, and honest. I definitely recommend P2P to anyone looking to hire a moving company!
