On time, professional, friendly, and very careful movers. Everything is nicely wrapped up and packed/tied. Also, the lowest cost amongst the top 10 movers I called from yelp.If you are reading this, just go ahead and give them a call. Best decision you'll make.

Scheduled a move to NW side and wound up having to change time a week before. Able to accommodate my request with some shifting on their end. Crew of three guys arrived and took care of everything. Great customer service. Helps them if you have most stuff already packed and taken care of already.

In the process of helping my 70 year-old mother move into a new apartment, I sought out various companies to help her with moving her things from one apartment to another, as well as move items into storage. Optimus was one of the first responders and their quote was more than reasonable. Not only did they ask for a one time $50 travel charge, but their time did not start until they started the loading process. Optimus is in Katy and the respective apartments were in Spring and Kingwood. $50 was amazing comparatively speaking. A few days prior to the move, we realized my mom needed assistance with some packing and organizing. Again, Optimus delivered, sending 4 workers and charging a reasonable hourly charge and a single $50 trip fee. Both my mom and I were extremely pleased with the quality of work the packers provided. Then came moving day. If I had to sum it up in one world, I would say, "AMAZING"! I haven't used any other companies, but if there are any needing an example to follow, they need look no further than Optimus. Gonzalo, Fernando, and Alex S. were professional, helpful, friendly, and just all around GREAT people. They were extremely kind to my mother, my girlfriend, and I. They were also incredibly efficient. I had no worries they were "milking" time. They moved like they had a purpose and still managed to make the process smooth, but more importantly, personal.We had the same three guys booked to assist my mom in moving her storage unit, as well, and again, they delivered. On behalf of my mother, girlfriend, and myself, I have nothing but gratitude to Optimus for helping a normally arduous process much smoother. I would definitely call upon Optimus to provide moving and packing services should the need arise. Quality company, quality people, and quality service.

Late review. What a wonderful moving experience! I was extremely impressed with Fernando and his team! They were friendly, professional, polite, courteous, careful and efficient! We were scheduled for an afternoon move and Fernando kept constant communication with me letting me know when to expect them to arrive so I could run any errands and did not have to feel like I had to wait around for them. When they arrived they got right to work, carefully wrapping and loading all of my furniture. They even checked all the closets to make sure nothing was left behind! Big plus is that I was not charged extra for all the wrapping material and padding used to protect my furniture. I highly recommend Optimus Moving Services!

My experience with Optimus was nothing but the best and I would HIGHLY recommend them. First time using them and first time using a moving company. Not only was their quote by far the cheapest and most transparent, there service was impeccable and top notch. Even when the guys were done, my wife wanted ME to rearrange some furniture. They overheard her ask me and without hesitation offered to help me. My crew consisted of Gonzalo Y., Alex and Fernando.
