Moved By Love

I recently moved from The Woodlands (Houston area) to Plano (Dallas area) and Moved By Love was amazing! They went over and above all movers I have had put together ( I have had 5 residential moves in the last 8 years) No other company has prepped my furniture and home for moving like they did and they took great care for all of my things! All of the employees were friendly, professional and I would certainly call them again. I highly recommend Sedgwick and his team any day for any move!

These guys are awesome! They were on time, very professional and friendly. I did research and got quotes from several companies and Moved By Love was the most cost-efficient and there were no hidden charges at the end of the move. I highly recommend them to everyone!

I called all over town trying to find a place that would be able to get some of my heavy large furniture over my balcony because I thought it would be too large to fit through the doorways.  Everyone said they couldn't do it until I called these guys.  I thought since they weren't on the first page of google that they would be a small outfit and maybe show up with a trailer or something but then they showed up in a huge professional truck and got straight to work.  The guys were great, didn't take a break or stand around and were able to get all of my stuff down the spiral staircase and into my new house.  I would recommend these guys to anyone, I had a great experience.

I booked this company due to the high reviews on here, but I guess they only tell their happy customers to write reviews.I was extremely disappointed by the unprofessional attitude and lack of communication. My move was scheduled from 12-2 but the movers did not show up until 5pm and that was after multiple calls from me and lots of angry voicemails later. When I told Cedric this was unacceptable he became frustrated raised his voice and said I could cancel the move but good luck because no one else would come out there to move me at that hour, so pretty much said I was stuck with them if I wanted to move out that day. Of course he was right, I couldn't get anyone else out there so I was stuck with them. So when they finally showed up at 5 I just wanted to get the move over with. But I would not get the move over with fast enough since molasses moved faster than the two men that showed up to move me. You could tell they were working the clock. I even overheard one of the guys tell the other one,  you are moving too slow. I ended up having to move the small stuff that I could out and watch them so they would move faster. It would be one thing if they were moving slow trying to be careful with the furniture but that was definitely not the case. My box spring which is only 7 months old was completely destroyed. They pushed, shoved, pulled, scratched, scraped, anything you can think of while taking it out of the apartment. Same goes for a desk and coffee table. Scratches all over the legs and tops. Since they were cheaper items I just ignored it so we could get the move over with. However when it came to my leather couch I stressed over and over to be extremely careful with it but somehow they still managed to hit every doorway and wall on the way out, a couch that my 55 year old father and me were able to move in quite easily without a single scratch. The only good thing I can say is that their prices were much better than other companies but I would rather pay more for better service and more care with my furniture. So if you care about your furniture and time, call someone else.

Thanks to Cedric and his team, that was literally the smoothest move I've ever done.   They moved me last nigt, arrived right on time, were super nice, completely professional, very fast and overall fabulous.  Cedric, very happy to serve as a reference if you'd ever like me to.
