I would like to start by saying I truly believe if you do not own a business for customer satisfaction then you should not have a business. I hired this company because they had a good rate compared to their competitors and it was a 2 day job, one day to pack my apartment and the second day to load my apartment. The reason I did this is because I am driving my own uhaul truck to the destination. Let me mention I got a 20 foot truck that normally moves a 2 bedroom home and a 3 bedroom apartment which the uhaul representative stated they have had no issues with customers moving their 2 bedroom homes with this size truck, I have a 2 bedroom apartment with a couch, and 2 beds, one bed is a bedroom set, a coffee table and a dining table, 2 tvs, and my toiletries and clothes, in addition a pation set that consist of 3 chairs and a table. The moving guys were great, it was 3 of them. Initially when they were moving my things I advised them that I believe my dining room table needs to be broken down along with a bookcase, and some other things I advised I think they should break down. He advised me it would be fine. I am not a mover and cannot tell anyone how to do their job but I can give my opinion, so I trusted what he was saying. They started at 1240pm and so around 440pm they told me they do not think everything will fit into the truck, so I advised them that I do not have the option to come back for anything because the destination I am moving to is 7 hours away. So they advised me to call "CASEAY* I did to advise her I do not have the option of coming back to my place so I will need to movers to make everything fit, she advised me she would talk to them. Mind you Caseay was the person who packed my apartment the day before. And when I came to the apartment the next day I saw their was a lot of furniture not broken down so I called her the same day the guys were loading 12/17/22 to ask why my furniture was not broken down she advised me packing crew does not break down furniture and the guys will break down all my things, which is why when they were not breaking down my furniture I was taken aback. So around 440pm when things were not fitting I knew exactly why. So they guys had to unload the truck break things down and RE-LOAD. IN the midst of this the guys accidentally packed my brother's wallet and bag that his identifying documents and money in it, so they also had to unload for these reason. So when it came time for the total, they charged me for the fact they had to unload and break down my things and re load the truck I'm like what? That's absurd it's not my fault you guys packed the truck wrong to begin with I advised you of my thoughts and I was Ignored. So I called "CASEAY the owner she advised me it's under the guys discretion if they want to break the furniture or not, it's my fault because I got a small truck that could not fit my apartment, and that because of me she was cursed out by another customer because the guys were still at my place doing the job. She also went on to advise me that she told the guys who were loading my truck to leave the job halfway done and the movers told her they were not going to do that to a customer all because I asked them if they can locate my brothers wallet, and I cost her money from another customer. So she told the movers forget the customer and leave her job as is, Caseay what gives you the right to treat a customer like this????? So I was not arguing with a person like this who owns a business and feels that charging me after your movers literally fully packed my truck and had to unload a great deal of things to break down in that hourly rate is justified. To add icing on the cake "CASEAY" is the one who answers the phone for MC MOVERS, and she so advised me that evening I'm talking in circles to not pay her company the money I owe them. Smh, "CASEAY" SHAME ON YOU, BECAUSE UR ACTIONS and words show you don't care about your customers.

I've never seen movers work as nice and smoothly as these guys. My move had a lot of work and the guys scratched my wardrobe, the insurance paid with no problem. I will definitely use this company again.

I told the crew I was really in a hurry and they were so thoughtful that they worked nonstop until they got everything loaded in the truck in just 2 hr!. Due to the urgency of the situation my mattress was ripped however the Insurance took responsibility of this detail without any problem. They are trustworthy.

What a nice job they did on my move. All the personnel was kind to me and made my life easier. Their availability is 24/7, they provided status without having to ask for it, I would definitely recommend their service to my friends.

A friend of mine recommended them to move from NY to Atlanta so I called them and they answered at once, the guy was polite and nice to me and sent me a quote in a few minutes. The crew service was even better than I expected, no complaints.
