DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY/ Did over $2000 damage at our property, we have them on camera and they fled the scene. Thankfully we had them on camera. REFUSE TO PROVIDE INSURANCE OR PAY THE BILL EVEN WHEN SENT THE EVIDENCE. WE FILED A POLICE REPORT AND WILL file with BBB, DOT & ANY other entity we can find. Ask to see their insurance,

100% Satisfied. Master Movers we’re on time and did everything they could do to make our move as easy as possible. Mario made adjustments, because of the weather to make our move work. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone needing an excellent moving company.

I used this company based one a recommendation from my apartment complex La Maison. First off, picking movers is tuff cause you really dont know what your going to get it. Using a recommendation gave me more confidence on who I wanted to move my valuables.I am so glad I went with these guys! They are the hands down the best movers And i had the best experience (moving really sucks, I hate it but these guys made is super easy) . Mario is the owner of the company and he walks through the move with you from A-Z and makes things super simple and makes you feel extremely comfortable that anything you want to do they will be more than happy to accommodate. They have blankets, wraps, boxes, of their own inventory which they don't charge and use on your stuff! I want to say thanks again to Mario and his staff for Making this a wonderful moving experience.  HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Amazing service, amazing crew, fantastic outcome! Husband and I moved from Katy to the city, we went from a house to a apartment talk about tough. Master movers and his crew made it so fluid that I feel like I'm still in the same place. They packed everything and set up as just as it was in my house but actually better. Unfortunately the complex we moved to had 25 leases the days before due to hurricane Harvey, and the 3/4 elevators had run out of power and were needed for maintenance. Mario and his team improvised and made a solution work out for us and himself and his team. He also offered services that I hadn't expected like mounting our tv and helping with figuring out the best way to set up the home. Superb, fantastic, professional Team. I RECOMMEND Master movers to everyone you will not be disappointed!!!

Mario and his crew are the best out there! Prompt, reliable, careful, and friendly! I have used them to move multiple times over 3 years, always pleased with the service. He recently moved my mother in-law, she was beyond satisfied with their service. On a side note, don't forget to tip the crew, they work very hard to take care of your things so you can relax. Worth every $!!
