Really happy with the move out clean provided by Maggie and her team. They did an amazing job in a very short amount of time and were extremely nice and professional throughout. I would definitely use them again if I had not moved out of the city. Thank you!

Choose Maid in House if you are looking for cleaning service that will continue to provide you a quality clean consistently and provide you with excellent customer service. The clean is very detailed, flip up rugs and clean under them, etc. They are proud of what they do and want to make you a happy customer.Maggie has the best Customer service with a cleaning company I've had in Houston, I've had many others that I was not satisfied with. Been a client for over 2 years now with Maid in House! She texts me the day prior to every appointment for a reminder and asks if there are any special concerns. Sometimes I have an area that I'll want extra attention paid to (example a spill in the kitchen that's still sticky). They will take care of it! Prices are very fair for the quality you get. If you have cleaning product concerns with certain chemicals they'll do whatever you want, use your cleaners or theirs. I provide my own kitchen counter cleaner by choice and they use it every time. Her initial meeting with you she'll ask if you've had a service before and what you weren't happy with. She makes sure the crew knows what you are particular about. She is always readily available if you need anything! You won't be disappointed but if you are let her know she'll fix it for sure!

I've had other maid services in the past but no one compares to them! The ladies are all very sweet and their work is impeccable! The owner, Maggie, is very professional and easy to work with. They were able to remove stains from the stove top and kitchen table that other maids could not. They literally cleaned every single thing, top to bottom. By far the best service I've had. Highly recommend them. Nothing compares to coming home to a clean house.

We have been very pleased with Maid in House Cleaning. Our family needed help when I began chemo this past year and this service has been a tremendous help.  The first thorough cleaning was greatly needed. Since then, we have been using them bi-weekly then once a month to keep things under control.  I have been very impressed by the team's professionalism.  We always get a reminder text in the days before our cleaning and then a text the day of the cleaning with the time the team will arrive.  I have cabinets full of cleaning supplies but they have some magic cleaning products that keep our shower and tub sparkling. I have completed my treatments but I plan to keep them coming to our house.  They were a blessing to us during this past year.

We shopped around cleaning services for a while and Maid In House really stood out from the competition. While we were getting quotes, Maggie came to our house and met with us, walked through the house, took notes, and explained her company. She is very professional and extremely personable. We really liked her approach and the fact she uses the same team for each cleaning. This was important to us as you're basically letting strangers in your house. They've been very good about cleaning wood and counters with the correct products. Other companies we spoke with just gave rough estimates based on square footage and seemed to rely on volume and weren't as personal. A lot of negative reviews of those companies stemmed from them using the same products regardless of floor/counter type (which can be problematic) and also that there was very little accountability if any problems came up. The fact that Maggie knows her team and is very hands on gave us a little more peace of mind. I have no doubt that she'd take care of any issues immediately.Our first clean was the second week of March and it was a really deep clean that left our place spotless. They spent a good 4 hours on a Saturday working incredibly hard. Maggie wanted to be present for our first clean so we was nice enough to schedule it on the weekend so she was there to make sure everything went perfectly, and it did.We had wood floors installed last August and when they were done, they looked brand new. In fact, everything looked great. There's also less dust which helps my wife's allergies.I would absolutely recommend this company to friends. It may cost a little more than the competition but it's worth every penny for the peace of mind, professionalism, and the higher quality work.
