Professional, courteous, and hard working!  The guys busted their behinds from the moment they arrived until the moment the last bit of things were taken off the truck to the new house.  They restored some faith after a bad experience with a moving company. JC did a great job setting the move up and communicating as well especially after a more difficult move just a day or two prior.  Thanks guys for a great job and hard work to get the move done timely and without any issues.

Scheduled this company a week out to move from a 5 bedroom, 3,500 sf house. A couple hours before our scheduled move owner calls to cancel our move and reschedule. He said his guys were "exhausted" from the move they just completed and he had to tell them to go home and rest. He promised to call me back with a new time and never did. After three hours of calling him and no response I had to book another company. Completely unprofessional and a complete disregard for his customers. I would NEVER recommend anyone use this company. Now I'm left having to wait for another company to come and do the job he just deserted. Pathetic. Customer beware. Price is good but you get what you pay for!

Thanks to fellow Yelpers I decided to use Impack Movers for my moving needs. I moved from a one bedroom apartment from the 2nd floor onto a storage unit on the second floor. Scheduling the move went smoothly, the date that I wanted was available and TC sent over the agreement. The morning of the move I received a call informing me that they were on the way. They were approx. 10 minutes late, which isn't too bad considering that the 290/1960 area can be a nightmare to drive on at times. Once they got there I signed some paper work and they got right to work. The guys don't talk much, but they were very careful with my belongings. They even shrink wrapped basically everything that was not in a box or container. I felt a lot better about leaving my things in a storage unit for an extended period of time. The total move was about 2 hour and 20 minutes. I will definitely be using them for my future moving needs, as well as recommending them to anyone that I know who is in need of a reliable moving service!

TC and his team did a fantastic job helping me move this past weekend. From the initial online booking and phone conversation to final payment, the entire process was seamless.All three movers (I only paid for a 2 man crew) arrived on time and carefully wrapped and loaded all of my furniture and boxes. From when they parked the truck to when I signed the invoice, they finished my local move in less than two hours. Not a single item was broken nor was a single complaint made by anyone about the temperature or heaviness of my furniture.I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them the next time I move.  Their truck is about the size of the largest UHAUL truck, so don't worry if you have a lot of belongings in a small apartment. PS: Credit cards are accepted, and there is an option to tip on your card. I gave each of the 3 guys $20, bringing my total out of pocket to $280. As a single guy living alone, the expense was definitely worth it!

Very impressed with our movers, Dee and Terrance. They were very polite and fast. They moved quickly within the 2hr minimum. We moved from the 3rd floor to the bottom floor in the same complex. Both guys dripped sweat but always had a smile on there face. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again for when we move again. Thanks impack movers for making this move as easy as possible!!
