We called HMC to move our 3 bedroom/3 story townhouse, and what a difference they made! They made moving day much easier on the family and moved quickly. Kyle, Markel and Gabriel did the job of 10 men in a few hours. My wife and I packed a bunch of boxes early on to make things go a little faster, but the way they moved the big furniture was amazing! They covered and protected  all our furniture with great care and Markel packed the truck like a complicated Tetris game! I hope I never have to move again, but if and when I do, I'll be calling on this crew!Thank you, HMC!

Scheduling was simple and all the terms were given to me upfront which definitely made the choice easy. The last movers I used had random additional charges which were never discussed with me prior to the move. So the day of the move. I was shocked that they called 30 mins ahead like they promised. They also arrived in the scheduled window. Upon arrival Gabriel and Ed introduced them selves and did a walk through to assess what we had to move. Then they got to work! They took their time to properly wrap each and every piece of furniture. They were quick but handled everything with care. Even in the rain!The drop off was where things would get difficult as the new place had stairs but they made things happen without damaging any walls or furniture in the process. I rarely give 4-star reviews but these guys deserve it for the long move!

DON'T BUY YELP DEALS.  Unless you want a hassle or only want to buy one.  The fine print doesn't match how they apply it.I ordered 3 vouchers ($20 for $50) for the Houston Moving company.  We booked without issue, on the call I mentioned I would be buying Yelp voucherS per the terms I saw listed and then I walked through the math with the person I spoke with over the phone.  At no time did he mention any restrictions to using 1 voucher at a time.  (FWIW I got a somewhat bad feeling when I booked and should have trusted my gut.  I had a much better experience talking to 3 Men Movers but these guys were quite a bit cheaper...get what you pay for.)On our moving day the move went fine and we had no issues with the guys at our house until we went to pay.  They told us we could only use 1 voucher so I asked to talk to a manager.  I talked to someone named "Alex" who said that you can buy 3 but only redeem 1 at a time.  I mentioned the terms and fine print don't say that at all.  He pressed the issue and said we could use one but would need to pay the rest in cash.  Eventually another manager called me - Robert - who was more aggressive and said he was he person who originally booked me.  He effectively called me a liar and said we never had the conversation that we had.  Regardless, the terms are the terms and it was frustrating to deal with and Alex or Robert (I don't know who) said something to the effect of "We've asked Yelp to update the fine print several times" and insinuated that it was my problem and if I had an issue with it to take it up with Yelp.The ordeal ended with my wife and I refusing to pay, telling Houston Moving Company to take the codes and use them if they want but we paid the difference we owed and if they wanted the ~$100 difference they could take us to court.  5 mins later someone else called and said "We'll go ahead an honor the vouchers" which was too little too late at that point All that said - the actual movers we had were nice guys, efficient and we only had a few things that got dinged (nothing you wouldn't expect).  If you don't plan on using a voucher and don't mind rolling the dice or care at all about customer service you might be fine but I can't recommend them.

Andrew and Anthony they moved my whole house so fast!! I would recommend them to someone that does not want to take weeks and weeks to move. Everything is taken care of and is included in the package price!

I called to schedule a move less than a week in advance and they were able to accommodate me, no problem. They quoted me a fair price and did a wonderful job! Antonio and his coworker both took excellent care in handling my furniture and belongings. I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to move me from one apartment to another. I will definitely be calling them again for my next move.
